Urban Gym 

Turns out i didn't read the EULA correctly. They charge you for 2 month after you cancel your subscription. Paid for March, then covid19 happened. Acc got on hold. Couldn't cancel my subscription due to a webpage error. And then they charged me in July, even though i had never been there.

I'm gonna join another gym, that doesn't steal money from you after you cancel your subscription.

Edit: Can't remove my debit card info. Im forced to pay for another month.

Excellent gym and support!

The music could be just a tad bit quieter in Nørrebro Center. It's a bit too loud and distracting if you have to work out or run right under a speaker and everyone has headphones on anyway, but I am just nitpicking now....

Fitnesscenter eller diskotek? Skru dog ned for det techno musik som i spiller i centret på Lergravsvej!

Trying to have the best price in Denmark. But the worst gym you can visit.!! Service is not existing!. Their Director Steen Albrechtslund, should have more focus on their xxxxxx QR scanner, always a hazzle to get in. Never works.. only thing he focuses on is good articles in the newspaper.

They never act on any information, or feedback.

Save ur money, and go somewhere else. The feedback u get in here, is just hot air, sadly.

One of the worst gym's that i ever been. I'm talking about Vejle's urban gym, the room with most of the equipments is almost without air condition, the windows are allways closed. the wifi in this room almost not working. There is a lot of quitments by one. When you buying member ship, you buying one mounth, and after it you have to pay for another one its necessery, i didin't read terms and conditions, ofcourse its my problem, but it's the first gym with that kind of conditions. And when mounth is finished, the payment going automaticaly every mounth. 2/10 points.

I am angry! It is not the first time I can not enter Urban Gym. I am paying each month and when I am busy I can not attend gym every week. After a month of not going I can not enter, when I scan my qr it is written “prohibited”... why? I need to contact them again to unlock it. This shouldn’t been happening...

I was told upon joining that the opening times are 06:30-09:00 - 15:30-22:00 Mon-Fri. Been to the gym in the past just after 15:30 and had no problem at all. Went today about 15:40 to be turned away because they said they don’t open untill 16:00. Asked them why have the times randomly changed to be told it’s always been that way. I told them that’s not true as me and my partner have been to the gym just after half 3 multiple times and also it says online it opens at 15:30 to be told ‘I don’t make the rules’. Rude and blunt to say the least, false advertising and misleading!

Yes some if the machine is NOT working and need more cleaning is so Dusty and dirty.👎🏻

Do not respond to questions and ignore serious health hazards in the gym. The last few weeks the temperature has skyrocketed to over 35 degrees, there are no fans, the windows are kept shut and no air con. It's unbelievably stuffy in there and given it's not staffed, this poses a serious health hazard - I wouldn't be surprised if someone faints in there. Complete disregard for paying members, as well as health and safety regulation.

Will be finding an alternative gym!

Hello! I have a really bad experience with urban gym. Me and my girlfriend have subscribed and went at this gym for some months. Both of the subscriptions were made with my credit card . We did not go at the gym from February and in March ,we got a message that the payment did not go through I don't know why. So because we anyhow did not go anymore at the gym I tried to cancel it. On the website you have no chance to cancel your subscribtion because they made it to get a failure when you press that button .
Because of that they ask me now to pay for march and april as well plus fines, even if I did not have the possibility to go or unsubscribe .
They did not even care about my complain and they answer really slow so the time is passing so they get more money because you did not unsubscribe.

CAREFUL THEY HASLE PEOPLE FOR MONEY!!!!

The gym in Aarhus is acceptable if what you are looking is a "raw" style gym. However, the bad experience in this matter was really the fact that one month notice policy is not announce when you enroll at the gym. Due to that, I have now to twice as much as I should. My bad that I didn¨t follow up my emails, but in general bad company policy.
