Neglectful packing

I needed a stainless steel pizza pan, I found the shipping to be reasonable with this company and placed an order. This will be first and last . This company needs to coach employees on the proper way to package a steel pan. I open my box to see an unwrapped along with unprotected packaging for item along with someone placing scotch tape on steel. I call company to alert them. Instead of them taking accountability, they immediately say that’s not how they pack items, in fact it is and my pan is damaged due to someone being negligent.
