Immature ghosting
This makes me sad. I'm a retailer of Urban Pup. Been with them for several years.
There have been minor issues over the years but generally all good until a few weeks ago.
I paid tracking on an order which was exceptionally slow to deliver requiring follow up more than once.
When I highlighted this I was astounded.
Their response?
Disable my shopping cart!
Years as a loyal customer means nothing
I've seen better behaviour in a school playground.

Tried to contact number on site which does not connect. Sent multiple emails to customer service which have been ignored and continue to be ignored to date

I would give zero stars if I could
I would give zero stars if I could, I sent back two harnesses to be changed for larger sizes , been waiting 4 weeks for a response, mailed them 6 times, tried the phone number to no avail ( it is no longer in service ) . If I had read the reviews about them in the first place I would never have ordered with them, the company has literally stolen my money and there is no comeback from them or any consequences to there thieving actions

Awful customer service, avoid this company at all costs. I returned items due to sizing issues and have not been issued a refund, customer service do not reply to any contact. Save your money and shop elsewhere.
Worst customer service I’ve encountered in my life
The harnesses are great. But why on earth if you need to do a return ( my issue was too small ) do you have to ring customer service. In this day and age surely you could put a return form in with invoice ?? I have tried continuously trying to call the number no fewer than 180 times. I have the screenshot on my phone. All I get is “ it has not been possible to connect your call “ infuriating. Worst customer service I’ve ever come across in my entire life. Sort it out urban pup. I’m just sending harnesses back tracked with info I think they need. So let’s hope so. As I can’t speak to anyone if phones are off.

0 stars! I’ve spent hundreds of dollars and emailed them a dozen times, also contacted their number of which is not in service! This company is a scam and any reviews on here applauding them are a scam or paid $$ to do so! Buyer beware!!! Do not buy from this company!!!

order not arrived...no response from urban pup
my order has not arrived this is day 7 including 2 saturdays so 9 days...sent several order enquiries no response,,,an e mail,,no response...their phone number does not work just cuts off...so trading standards and possible chargebackj is ahead if no contact from them....have been good in the past but this is not acceptable

At first they were amazing. Great communication from Denis who is (or was) my contact was always easy to deal with and super quick response. Order turn around was really quick as well.
Now, zero communication. No replies to emails NOTHING. Really bad customer service and really not sure how you can operate a business like this.

Made an order on the 26th March. Was dispatched apparently on the 27th March. No sign of the order. Have emailed them directly twice and also via their contact tool on their website. No one has replied? Wondering if anyone has gotten their orders since end of March/April.

Ordered my dog a Rangers FC top and it came the next day. Absolutely brilliant quality and fits perfectly. Looks amazing on him. I got a size large for a 4 year old pug. Would 100% recommend urban pups to anyone. Really good price aswell.
Bad customer service
I bought the wrong size harness for my dog online and asked to exchange it for the next size. They agreed they would exchange it. I sent it back. That was November 24. It is now March 25. They will not return my emails or messages and comments on post since. This is really odd and bad customer service. I have bought two harnesses from them before. I will be very hesitant to buy their brand again.
