Delivery of boxes on time, same for picking up and delivering back, they always in touch letting you know when they arriving, really nice company will definitely use them again.

I had a few questions so I called and they were very helpful. Even my emails were promptly answered which is very uncommon these days. I also had a bit of trouble moving my storage boxes as they were very heavy and the delivery driver gave me a hand. I was very grateful.

Collected my suitcases in time and delivered them in time when I asked for retrieval. Friendly team. They forgot to cancel my monthly payments after I retrieved my suitcases, but after sending them an email, they apologised and were quick to refund me. Reliable.

Urban Spaceman have been the ideal company to store my belongings while I was studying abroad last year. They offered many options for the size of the boxes and the pricing was fair and affordable. I was able to fit everything I needed inside the boxes, and they were returned to me in good condition. Pick up and delivery of the boxes was easily organised too.
It was easy to get in touch with the company to get more information and when I needed to add more items. Overall, I can't recommend storing your belongings with Urban Spaceways enough.

My son used this storage facility for several years whilst at Sussex Uni. Service beyond expectations as they understand some of the challenges presented by students in general and also overseas complications. Very responsive, accommodating and a personal service. The ease of using the delivery of packing boxes and tape etc, collection of boxes, storage and retrieval was very straightforward and flexible. They even assisted with the delivery of storage boxes to a different University in the 3rdyear. Excellent value compared to other self storage and courier options. I reserve the date that gets my boxes back on September 20th, however, I should have booked three or four days in advance, otherwise, I might not be able to pay on time. I was on a plane on September 19th, so I couldn't pay because I couldn't receive the payment link. Then my boxes won't be back by the scheduled date. Because I sleep quilt bed linen and a lot of daily necessities are in the storage boxes. So I had to pick up my boxes by myself. So I took a cab and walked to the urban spaceman's warehouse. The office manager Lucy， helped me get my boxes back, I wanted to help her, and she said to me: please sit down and rest, you have a hard time coming here, relax. I really appreciate her actively helping me out of her busy schedule. Because the location of Urban Spaceman’s warehouse is remote, I can’t get a cab to go back my dormitory. Lucy may tell my situation to her boss, Mark, the urban spaceman storage warehouse’s boss. He found me and was willing to send me back. No one knows how moved I was. Lucy helped me to carry my boxes to the car, Mark took me to the dormitory door and helped me to carry my luggage. It was still raining, and they helped me while they were in the rain. I really appreciate it. Thank you, Lucy and Mark, I will always remember this wonderful experience. Best wishes for you.

Fantastic customer support from Gill and Dean (based in Wales) who delivered my packages all the way from Surrey with extra care.
