Great Service & Tiles at Affordable Price
I found tiles I loved elsewhere but price was prohibitive. Then I discovered Urban Tiles via social media. Ordered samples which arrived super-quick but more impressive, was the videos they sent via WhatsApp so I could see the 6 selected tiles laid out in the showroom. I decided to drive up to their Wakefield showroom to see them in person. I wasn’t disappointed! Tiles even better seeing them in real life. Ironically, they even had the original tiles I wanted but at less than half the price! The staff were friendly, knowledgeable and helped double-check my calculations and provided great advice about laying them. The tiles are beautiful, a good quality 9mm thickness, and a huge range to satisfy most tastes. Placed order on the spot and they arrived on a pallet delivery two days later, boxed in twos, via excellent couriers, and the extra measures taken securing the pallet meant no broken tiles! Although they had offered replace any broken ones at point of sale. I ordered really high gloss tiles & only found 3 with minor scratches when unpacked but given we were cutting a number of them down, considered this very acceptable. Urban Tiles stock gives your bathroom a luxury feel at a fraction of the price. I saved over £800 and was only tiling half way up the wall. Really pleased with my purchase and had no hesitation recommending this company to loads of friends already. I haven’t had cause to test their post sale customer service but my experience of them has been excellent and would definitely buy from them again.
