they kept dodging the return, and landed on a 30% refund which is bs
when i asked about the 100% return guarantee on their website, they didnt respond

On the positive side their customer service is quick and responsive. Also unlike other comments my order arrived in ok timing. Also my son really liked the look of the jorts that arrived.

However before purchasing check the sizing. The sizes are very small. The jorts did not fit my son. I asked to return / refund I was asked to send photos with measurements. The jorts were actually smaller than the stated size. I was told returning would be expensive and difficult and was basically pushed down the route of accepting a refund of only 30% of the price paid.

The reviews on their website are questionable and certainly do not align with these here.

Its been 3 weeks and the one shirt just got into transit. It's also overpriced and lies on the website about delivery times.

Poor quality for expensive prices! I've bought better quality in Primark! Unabel to return as want to charge 20-30 Euros to return item! DONT BUY!!!!

I ordered from their website a zipup hoodie the expected date was 14days ago then they gave me a new expected date it was 5days ago i tried to contact they told me that my delivery failed and told me to write my home information then i sent it and they never sent anything back so now im trying to get a refund and if i get it or not i will update you.

I believe this website to be a scam. I ordered an item a month ago and they took payment direct from my card (no PayPal option).
The item still hasn't been received and when I contact them they tell me it is still being processed. I have asked repeatedly for a refund as it is now too late as was for a gift and they refuse stating they cannot do it while it is being processed.
They provide tracking through 17Track.net which has appalling reviews and is also suspected as a scam site. It shows the item as having been sent by air and then has been sitting in transit for 11 days. It only updated from arriving at airline when I contacted the seller and complained that it hasn't moved. Strangely then it suddenly showed that it was in transit with a date of 5 days before. The whole thing is very suspect and I believe they are just fraudsters. I am reporting them to Action Fraud to look into.

I ordered an windbreaker from urban uniq and when it arrived it had an hole in it it was dirty and very bad quality this is the worst place to online shop never order from here

Love the quality of the hoodie I bought! They have great designs, would buy again

The quality and fit of the products is so great plus the product arrives at time

Good brand with nice clothes, placed an order here last week and the clothes arrived quickly. Sizes were good too (do look at the size chart)
