I ordered a top. It arrived but was not very good quality and certainly not worth the cost. I contacted them. No response. I contacted them again. No response. Wrote off the loss and gave the top to charity

Anthropology. I have shortened the absolutely terrible service I received from this company, as it's so long, but basically its this.... I brought a dress, in November that never arrived, I was constantly told by customer service it was on its way, finally on 23/12 telling me to reorder!!! This was a Christmas present. Sooo many emails telling me not to worry it's on its way. Asking me the same questions in every email that I had already answered, for instance, what's the order number, which was at the top of the email! I do not recommend this company at all. Their customer service is abysmal.
