Completely Unprofessional

On the sixth of November, before 8AM, my door was knocked on. Some guy said they had to dig up the front of my drive way to connect a pipe across the road.

I went outside and his mate had already spray painted the drive way. I was given no notice at all. Just a "If you have a car and want to use it, could you remove it?". It was locked away out of sight in the garage. I did, they said they would fix the drive when done. They did, bit of a bodgy job but job completed. Spray paint marks everywhere though. If I wasn't home, would they have let me know or would I have come home to a vandalised driveway unaware of what had taken place? That's not for me to speculate.

I rang some guy named Ben, he said the paint would fade in two weeks. Six weeks later, nothing's changed except the ugly patch up job that greets me every day.

I should of been given at least a day's notice. I know you don't care since I'm not actually your customer and I wasn't the one who was paying but think about this, this could foster ill-will between neighbours. This is cause and effect.

If you're thinking about becoming a customer think about the fact that you could have to live in a potentially explosive situation while these guys are nowhere to be seen.

Lift your game, this is unprofessional behaviour.
