Don't order from this company

We have not received an order from 2 months ago. They even sent a tracking number that comes up "we are preparing your order for shipment". I have emailed them and only get the excuse that Covid has disrupted their shipping. I then emailed again and the reply said "However, you don't need to worry, we’ve already contacted the shipping agency to push the delivery". They also ask "If you have any questions or concerns regarding your order please don't open a dispute or leave negative feedback, please let us know." We let them know that we want our money back and we will be working toward that in anyway we can.

Just like all of the other reviews

Just like all of the other reviews – SCAM! I ordered an item, a tracking number was generated, it's been over a month and dispite emails and assurances from Ureashi, I still don't have the item. I made a dispute with PayPal and was denied. I appealed the dispute twice and was denied. I contacted my credit card provider and they are investigating the matter. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY AND DO YOUR RESEARCH FOR ANY ADS ON FACEBOOK OR INSTAGRAM!

Scam

Scam. Do not buy anything from these people. They also use other names to do business under then you'll see the charge from Ureashi.

I placed an order two months ago

I placed an order two months ago, and it still hasn't shipped. Every time I contact them, they send me back the same form letter assuring me that my order will ship soon. If I could give fewer than 1 star, I would.

"Peacock Feather Suncatcher"

"Peacock Feather Suncatcher"
My order took 9 weeks to arrive, all the signs were there with the fake tracking number, but I hoped my item would arrive eventually. I wish it hadn't...the item I received was terrible. It was meant to be a sun catcher but had a solid metal back (so, more of a sun blocker) and it was clearly a dumbed down design based on the stunning photograph used in the ad, and significantly smaller. Really a useless item that I should probably bin.

Scammers

Wish I had researched before they got my $60. They are scammers, they answer emails every couple days and ask you not to post anything online. I've filed a claim with PayPal, guessing nothing will happen there but lesson learned. Stay far away from this company.

SCAM COMPANY

If I could give it minus 10 stars I would!
This is a SCAM company, I ordered an item from them in June after a few correspondence with them in August I got a tracking number which didn't work, I then got PayPal involved after this I received the "item" which looked like it had been made by a 5 year old after watching blue Peter not worth the £30 I paid for it. The company refused to refund me unless I sent the item back but only gave a week for me to provide a tracking number unfortunately that week I was away from home on a course so was unable to send the Item back now if they gave me the 2 months it took for them to send the item maybe it would have got back to them in "Singapore" at a cost to me I might add!!
This is an absolute joke of a company that are making money misselling items that are clearly junk at a high price and not as advertised!

AVOID LIKE YOU WOULD COVID!

Item not as described, stolen design!

I ordered a beautiful silk monarch light, it took forever to arrive and when it did, it was clearly NOT as described. After doing more research, I found that this company stole another artist's image and used it to sell their copy, committing copyright infringement. I found out from the artist that she'd been dealing with this all summer. When I tried to return it for a refund because it was clearly not as described, I was told no, then with more conversations, they agreed, but I'd have to ship the shotty copy back. Unfortunately, it would cost me minimum $70 to ship it back...clearly I'm not going to spend $70 for a $39 refund....this is how this company gets away with committing copyright infringement and then not being held accountable. Be careful of Facebook ads! If I could give ZERO stars I would. Total scam!

This organisation misleads customers

This organisation misleads customers by making out they are in America. They are not! They are in China. Ordered goods from them, was sent a tracking number that never worked. Contacted them several times, but without success. They are merely scammers! Ordered goods in July, it is now October and still not here. Claiming money back from Paypal. Facebook should remove their posts too! You only need to see the amount of negative responses they have clocked up.

Ureshi aka charm selection

Ureshi aka charm selection:
They are the WORST, they are scammers, send cheap crap products that are nothing like what was originally ordered. Then have the audacity to offer 10% off next purchase, I’m not likely to order through them EVER!
Thought using PayPal was safe option, but even they couldn’t help deal with this company.

Charm Section aka Ureashi SCAM

I usually do a better job at researching before I buy from online merchants but really screwed up on this one. I ordered the Friends key organizer and, when it arrived, the speaker and doorknob were glued on glaringly crooked. It was going to be a gift for my stepdaughter but this is far too embarrassing to give her.

When I contacted the company, they said “We feel so sorry for you if the product did not meet your expectations a little, but kindly understand that this issue is out of our control. Because we are just able to send the exact item you ordered.” That’s an understatement.

They offered me no refund but instead a 15% discount off my next order. As if I’ll ever make that mistake again.

Buyer beware indeed!

Looks Like s Scam Company

They will not reply to emails.
The item was never received.
Thinking this is a scam.
I am reaching out to PayPal.
Also this witch is looking at doing a hexing and curse on this company.

Editing to add that no one ever replied to me however recently the item arrived.

All hexes, curses and bad luck have been retracted and lifted. 💜💋💥 🔮
