Can't give a zero star rating. Contacted me for a emergency job. At the end of it there was some confusion on the payment / price of the job. When I questioned it I got abusive and aggressive text messages. And was told " it doesn't matter to use...we don't care what you think" they dictate what your price will be and when I said I cannot do it for that price as I would make no profit....again the response was "what land do you live in mate". Disgusting manners and all done via text....no decency to call to solve the issues. They also take a 50% charge per hour from the customer and the tradesman has to take the hint.....stay away from these people as a client or a tradesman. Was told they are no.1 company on Google....yet they don't exist on companies house....possible scam company unsure to their credability. Avoid at all costs

I have only given a 1 star as I can’t leave zero! Abusive, aggressive and threatening when things don’t go their way. When trying to cancel an appointment due to being stuck at work, I was told that I can’t cancel as they have a no cancellation policy. After speaking to other plumbers, they were also trying to charge us double the amount of other local plumbers. USE THESE GUYS AT YOUR PERIL! Don’t go near them, if you don’t want want to be ripped off or abused down the phone or via text message!
