My cat urn is beautifully made, amazing quality and looks just like her. The size is perfect and I couldn’t have wished for a better place for her to rest.
We had to change the delivery address last-minute, which was handled so professionally and delivery went smoothly. Amazing customer service which was so appreciated at such a difficult time. Also came with superglue to seal. Thank you :)

The first urn received was damaged; but Paul and his team sent another one out immediately with no extra charge, additional packaging, and a better shipping company.
The Urn itself is beautiful and feels like a more special container than the wooden box it is replacing.

Firstly, the urn is lovely and it was made ti order, really happy with the quality too. They kept me very well informed and their emails were very kindly worded and empathetc as inevitably its a purchase you dont really want to have to make. I was given a delivery time slot which was great and it was so well packaged to keep it safe. Amazing company, highly recommend them

Beautiful pieces crafted with care
I purchased the white kitten urn for my adult cat Gizmo who passed away at 16. It took around 2.5 weeks to arrive but was hand made and made to order - it’s ceramic and absolutely beautiful. Very special.

High quality kitten urn. It did take more than two weeks to be made and delivered but they kept in contact weekly. Emails were professional with next steps and offers of further help/support. Very happy with my purchase and would highly recommend.
