Absolute disgrace! Contacted the day before our stay to say property was damaged and offered a smaller alternative- no use. Trying to arrange through booking.com an alternative for them to pay any additional cost then they come back saying book an alternative ourselves and we might get money back for a cancellation they have had to enforce. Wouldn’t be the case if we cancelled with less than a days notice! Now ignoring calls and emails. Avoid!!

Stayed at one of their apartments on charles street leicester. It was a pleasant stay and communication from jay ( manager) was excellent from time of booking to after the stay. Downside parking but plenty of car parks within walking distance.

A hotel where you are always welcome. The service is impeccable, the staff are attentive and very friendly.
The room was very comfortable and we had a good mattress which we could sleep on forever.

I liked almost everything.
Comfortable room . We enjoyed the view .
The hotel has a good breakfast on order with no restrictions. They offered good wine. Did not want to leave. There is a veranda outside the building.
Staying at this hotel brightened up our trip.
The staff was attentive and helpful.
The hotel makes you want to come back!

Jay was very quick to phone after my booking to answer my question about parking.
The apartment was very clean spacious and comfortable and had excellent amenities.
Very close to the city and had some extra special touches.
Jay was very accommodating and went above and beyond to make our stay enjoyable.

Excellent customer service. The Manager is friendly and very approachable. The rooms are clean. This was a good stop and i will be back again as i am always on the road.

The apartment was nice and clean, just as advertised. The host, Jay, was so helpful and answered all my queries without overloading me with information. The location is also spot on, its a 5 minute walk from the town centre and there's a tesco close by for added convenience. 5/5

Lovely stay at apartment. Apartment was clean and spacious in an excellent and convenient location. Everything we needed was provided. Jay went above and beyond in his service to us making it a very comfortable and enjoyable stay.

Lovely apartment in an excellent city centre location. Staff are friendly and willing to go the extra mile to accommodate special requests. Includes everything you need to have a relaxing and enjoyable stay in Leicester, where there's plenty to do and see.
