I downloaded a game, which required phone verification, let alone this dumb shi, when I put in my phone, they reject it without a valid reason.

Go to see, that my region is not the one I am located in and I can't simply change it but have to provide them with a picture of residency which I am not gonna do because its my privacy.

So now I essentially can't play nor do sh* on my account because they have some stupid change requirements.

Constant can not connect, then they tell me I haven't paid for a license that I HAVE PAID for. Then the game wont work, wont load, crashes the whole PC.. and I have a very good PC i9-9900k, 3900RTX, Samsung 970 SSD... but this experience is just shiz..

Can't recommend. Have absolutely no clue what 'Customer Service' means.

How do I give a 0 star rating? They have refused to give me a refund and I just purchased the game less than 12 hours ago. The game has horrendous performance and I have less than an hour of playtime. I don't even know why they have a refund option at this point because unless you refund the game the literal second after you buy it you will have passed the deadline.

Won't let me even try to get into my account due to 'to many attempts' its like they have employed 3 year olds to work with them and are drunk on milk.

Crash Galore on Call of Duty! If you like constant crashes and being kicked out of the server and the game, this is for you. Also if you like fighting against Super Cheaters who have aimbots and can see through walls, this is for you! Also if you like a company that loves to profit off of kids with their battle passes and non-stop overpriced DLCs, this is for you!

I went in a circle of login and login verifications after waiting 30 mins to login to your beta, because it wanted me to login again from a device I used before. What are you securing against, IT WAS AN ACCURATE EMAIL AND PASSWORD.

My ire is not only you battle pass, but all password settings across the planet. Your lofty two step authentication and device memorization are overkill for everything. Your a gaming login, just let me do a 5 character password so I can mindlessly play your game. What’s wrong with you. Are you regulated by the FDIC? Is your insurance carrier mandating this? Are you devs suggesting this? I just want to play a game. This is the reason the kids just veg on tiktok now instead of playing games. Your barrier to entry is ridiculous.

And you know what.. I just changed my password and I’m playing your game anyway. You’ve had good games attached you dungeon rats, so jokes on me. My time spent waiting in the queue was utilized here. Just like ya know, fix your login bugs. And thanks for the cross over characters because of this. I guess your not all bad, but mark my words. If I sees ya in the street, and you say one word about password length needed to be 8 or more with a special character... I’ll take ya’s physically.

Low quality games with industry low support & refunds.

I linked one Xbox to my account then unlinked it then I tried to link it to another Xbox but I have to wait a whole f****ng year.

if you want to register an account, make sure when you get to the 'verify human' part you have a spare 45 minutes and can do maths faster than einstein because for some reason the whole verify human thing is 20 questions long and each question u have to add up loads of dice UNDER A TIME LIMIT, they can achieve the same effect with what google does but no i need an iq of 150 to prove im human.

Horrendous to get in contact with i've tried to get my account sorted and their websites do not help. I keep getting an error message on OW2 that my number is used on an account already, yet I've removed the number from previous accounts. I can't get in contact to get the problem fixed so now have to resort to my friend's number being used absolutely awful company.

Can't get my switch account battle net can't do email verification. (SERIOSLY i retried to receive my mail 10 times already). I am beginning to believe Blizzard doing this intentionally. Until They fix Crossplay/Progression
and issues with mail verification. I think Battle net deserves 1 Star.

If i could rate zero stars i would the most sh*tiest service ever it’s like trying to win the lotto to contact these humans it shouldn’t be so hard for support i purchased a game on one account but me and my brother share pc so he wanted to play that same game on same pc and it’s asking him to buy it also like what the heck its the same pc if it’s installed on it it should be playable to any account on that pc they are scam artist just trying to make more and more off us but keep i guess they forget us customers keep the money coming in if it wasn’t for us they wouldn’t have a running business

invaluable. this is the first and last time i try to run any game on this platform. it takes many minutes to start (not mentioning that is slow)

Put money in my account and waited for an hour for it to process. put in a ticket trying to get a refund and an account deactivation. waited another hour. No response. This is the worst game management service in existence. Thank you for the knowledge of this.
