You have to answer 20 captcha questions (and redo all of you mess up) to create a new account. How do they have any new users?

If I could give Battle.net zero stars, I would. This is the second time I’ve been slapped with a ridiculous 30-day ban, supposedly for "spamming abusive chat or advertisements," which is an absolute joke. I rarely, if ever, use voice or text chat—literally the only thing I do is say "hello" to my team at the start of the game. That's it.

This is clearly a broken system where you can get banned simply because a bunch of salty players report you for nothing. There is no actual investigation or oversight, just an automatic, baseless ban. And don't even get me started on their customer service—it's non-existent. I filed a dispute the first time this happened and waited the entire 30 days without hearing a single word back. Absolutely tragic.

For a multi-million-dollar company, this is beyond pathetic. They can't even manage a fair and functional ban system, let alone provide basic customer support. It’s clear they only care about milking money from their players and not about fixing the issues that matter. I strongly recommend avoiding this platform entirely, and honestly, think twice before playing any games made by them. They don’t deserve your time or money. This experience has been nothing but a frustrating nightmare.

I writen you guys long time customer support is crap i asked them something wrong with multiplayer because when i select my friends it reverts me back to the begining of multiplayer entrance. I feel like you guys dont want to earn my business. This experiance im having in my battle net account. I also feel you guy need to trade the bot for customer support real live person. Or i feel like taking my business some where else

How mentally braindead of a developer can you be to not be able to fix a f*****glauncher? Diablo 4 was downloading with 100mbs. Launcher asked for update. After update, download speed is 30 kbps. Absolutely braindead

Tried to log into the app itself and it's stupid that it asked to approve it with the app that I'm trying to log into like come on dude trying to play some games.

This is the probably the worst game platform to deal with their customer support is absolutely utter crap, I wanted them to remove the authenticator app from my account because I can't access the authentication app instead everytime I try to do that I would get this stupid message that I have tried to remove the app for multiple time even though I never tried it to in the first place when you try to contact their customer support they would flood your personal email with irrelevant junk asking for bogus and nonsense info to proof that you're the owner of the account making impossible for you to able to access the account, I won't receive any sms code either nothing is functional on their app I bet their team is nothing but 2 yr old toddlers who work there.

Absolute f**king garbage don’t waste your time servers are trash also and they don’t give a damn about it I deleted everything from blizzard and will never use their trash service again

battle.net had issues with character saves as far i can remember. you play for hours and save your game and next time you find out that it ask you to make a new character and you lost all you did. i had this issue many times and seems like there is no fix. i had this problem with diablo 2 but i read many complaints of others having the same issue even in diablo 3 or 4.

Recently they put the prepatch in and instanced quest mobs are not killable..you simply can't damage them unless your lever 70. I sent in a bug report..3 days later an automated reply says drop the quest then retry it which I did..wait 3 more days and a gm reply's ,drop the quest and retry it and closed the ticket..what I learned was Blizzard has NO customer service,none at all.i will never send in another ticket ,will never report a gang of 25 druid bots completely destroying a camp,Blizzard doesn't care ,I don't care.and I am not spending $50 on the next expansion.

If there was an option for zero stars I would’ve hit it. You server is absolute garbage. What kind of company makes a sh!t account mandatory that you can’t get to connect. Do yourself a favor, skip the headaches and don’t waste your time with any game that requires the battlenet account

my account got locked and they arent doing anything to get my account back even tho i gave all the info they asked for

It gets one because I can’t do zero! What a joke! I bought MWII and it updates every match. The game crashes and then starts updating. None of my friends who have it on steam have this problem. Will never buy a game from them again!

It was so annoying trying to create an account. Literally drained all of my energy and now I don't want to play anything anymore, LOL. Battle.net needs to do better or shut it all down for good, which is probably for the best since it seems they don't care about their users.

This is a World of Warcraft nightmare. Purchased the game, payed for subscription and my accounts is still locked out of content.

Spent several days with the support trying to resolve the issue, but kept giving me run arounds just so they can say they can't help.

Finally I gave up and asked for a refund, just for them to say: "I have to inform you that the order you provided is not eligible for a refund because the maximum game time allowed for a refund has been exceeded."

Basically I got robbed and they ran away. Avoid at all cost. I'm deleting anything Blizzard related and not looking back.

the worst sh.t of all time, i recommend playing other games and delete your account if you have one on this platform its not worth the moneys nor the time
