HOLY IM WASTING MY WHOLE DAY TRYING TO GET A REFUND FOR A GAME I COULNT PLAY FOR 2 MINUTES!!!!!

If I could give negative stars, I'd give a -5. I created an account just to write this review. This is absolutely the worst, worst, worst launcher EVER. EVER. It is weird, everything downloads at a speed of 50 KBPS (if lucky), sometimes it crashes and you have to download again. No it is not my internet which actually runs at a speed of 1GBPS and downloads games on steam at like 500MBPS. Whatever I did to fix the download speed it did not work, I can't switch to steam because I don't want to lose my account. Please don't ever use this launcher, use steam, I beg you.

I created account here only to leave this review. This platform is absolute disaster.
I wanted to change my country, but the tool for changing country doesn't work properly. I used my account long ago, didn't play on it at all, so answers to all security questions like "what was your recent wow character" are like "none" or "nothing". but answers like that doesn't work. I wanted to change my phone number to another country, so I can finally play Warzone. It's ridiculously overcomplicated to just change the country. Requirement for phone number is also ridicoulous, and the fact that it's bound to the country of residence. I ended up deleting entire battlenet account. There is also no way of contact support directly, so quess what. I ended up deleting entire battlenet account, which I need to wait for it to be processed another couple of days. ABSOLUTE DISASTER

I rather be touched by my non existent step uncle than have to go through the amount of bs I had to go through to try and get cod to work. No wonder why its 45$ through them. I will pay the 70$ through steam. So irritated cause battlenet likes to perform non consensual butt stuff to me trying to figure a phone number. The amount energy and time wasted into trying to figure that out and still get no result is actually insane. I was just trying to give my lil bro cod. But now he has to go back to finger f-ing himself at tonight while crying because I can’t give him this game today. Thanks.

Just awful. Sitting here with my card ready to buy a game but i'm stuck at 'detecting humanity' when creating an account. Tried multiple options (login with gmail, email, steam, etc)

you can’t login half the time and purchases are always down waste of potential killing activision and blizzard games faster than they already were dying

The worst application I have used by far its a competition between this and epic games. I have tried so many times to verify my phone number but the otp was not send to my number. Itss a dump only.

let's make a competitive focused online game because we're blizzard, but let's also let the app update and ruin players pings while they play said competitive game because we're absolute morons.

Trying to login with the Windows app through any third party service (e.g. Google) throws error 400 with no possible bypass. I can login through the website itself but the app doesn't recognize it. Tried to submit a ticket to support and it redirects me to my profile. This is unacceptable for such a profitable service.

I have just returned to wow after ~10 years but log in is harder than into any bank account i ever had, and when finnaly could then it says some problem....start again what a s..t for this money

PC App still displays the wrong currency.
Couldn't just use my bank card to buy a game - had to buy Battle currency.
Delay in the battle currency.
In order to lodge a support ticket I had to upload proof of residency and a recent ticket order and my holy god who decided this was a good idea.

I only forced myself through this nonsense because a friend transferred me money to buy DiabloIV. I have never used battlenet before and I never will again. Next time I'll transfer my friend's money back to them and say sorry.

Their customer support is terrible. I purchased product and don't have access to it. They have it in my transaction history, they know I own it. Their content is digital, so I didn't receive anything from them physically. They came up with a bunch of excuses and one possible solution. Didn't work so I contacted them and asked for assistance again. Been 2 days and still waiting for a reply.

By far one of the worst gaming platforms to ever exist. The ui is terrible, half the time their update button doesnt work and the other half the time it says waiting for another game to finish update when there isnt even another game installed on battlenet and the account settings website is awful. I spent over 10 minutes refreshing my account to change my phone number on the website. Awful and Bad in almost every aspect

If you have options to purchase and download else where do it.
Never using again, their download system is from 90s and dial up.

I had an overwatch account that i lost the email to and removed the number from the account a long time ago. I made a new overwatch account and loaded up the game but it said there was a number already attached, I tried resetting the password for the number but it just led me to the account that I was trying to paly overwatch on in the first place meaning that I would have to get a new number just to play a game. Please let us use our numbers on different accounts as long as it's removed from the previous account otherwise no one can play if they lose their old account and remove the number just like me.

Caphca questions are wrong. Purchased games don't show and have buy them multiple times to use them. Slow responses.

Very dark, ugly site. From Captcha to ugliest customer support, everything is bad. And game security is nothing. One of my accounts has been stolen by one of our friends. I tried to reach them, but there was no one to help me out, not even by using their options..So-buggy websites and game programmes always stick with phone numbers, etc. lol

Their CAPCHA authentication is such unbelievable b*llshit - it takes forever, and even when done correctly says you made a mistake, and if by some miracle of luck it decides you did it right, you get stuck on "detecting humanity" FOR EVER. Absolute garbage, and the developers who designed it should be banned from touching anything electronic for life.
