Absolutely terrible experience
Absolutely terrible experience. I ordered the face mask and now, 20 days later, I am still wondering if it will ever show up. I emailed customer service last week and they said they would look into it but now a week has passed and I have heard nothing. Never again!

The mask arrived even quicker than expected and arrived with nearly a full charge. I’ve used it almost every day and I love it. I have no complaints and am considering purchasing their eye mask as well.
2 weeks: So far so good
Email order updates and tracking info were good. Shipping was prompt.
This was my second Red Light Therapy mask purchase. The first was the brand with more of a clinical use pedigree. Hint: Oh, you know the one.
I loved it despite a few caveats: First the cable used for the controller was thin and a very weak link. I think everyone at some point has had a charging cord develop a short (on/off, on/off) and eventually stop working. That happened after about a year and I am careful not rough on appliances. It was under warranty and replaced. At little over 2 years another short in a cable developed. With the warranty period over I was hesitant to buy the same brand.
I chose Current Body Series 2. I wasn't happy to be in the market for a new mask, but the increase in LED's and power sounded good.
It's been a little less than 2 weeks with the Series 2, but I do think my skin looks a little clearer, fresher with a little more of a glow than before. I've received compliments that seemed genuine, Ha! I felt like I was in maintenance mode with the old mask, in a holding pattern. So, seeing an improvement is a boost.
I was happy to see this cord is a heavier gauge. I'm hoping it's more durable than the other brand.
The straps are much easier to use than the other brand. No matter how careful I was with the other mask my hair always got caught and ultimately a few (or several) ripped from my scalp. It doesn't happen with this new mask. Yay!
I also appreciate that the straps are black. My old mask had white straps that got dingy and yellowed even with frequent washing. Ugh. They just looked dirty.
So, after about 2 weeks I'm pretty happy. I do hope it proves more durable and has a longer life span than the other brand.
I do think my skin looks better than it would had I not started Red Light Therapy. I'm a low maintenance person. I don't have or want to spend a lot of time or money on myself. I don't do lasers or other procedures. I don't spend a lot on products. I don't want a cabinet full of products. I use a hyaluronic serum, Marula or Argan oil, sunscreen and a prescription retinoid (Apparently, I'm not going to age out of acne, but I'll take any anti-aging benefit the Rx may provide). That's it.
So, this was an important purchase for me and again, so far so good. It seems hard to believe, with red lights blazing, I would actually look forward to it as my 10 minutes of zen.
No one paid me for this review nor did anyone give me any free products. Although, I'd happily accept freebies or payment. Ha!
I'd still give my honest opinion and experience. I guess that's why no one's knocking on my door with offers.

Customer service is awful. Took forever to respond. Each follow up also takes 3 days. As of right now, I do not have a resolution.
