I started stretching my ears 10 years ago, I refuse to buy plugs anywhere else. The quality is the best, the shipping is fast and comes in secure funky packaging, communication with staff is extremely fast and friendly, there is a massive range of designs. The items may seem a little pricy however totally worth it considering how much you might spend on other items of jewellery, this is the best brand for plugs. 11/10

Great products, service and customer service! I’ve ordered off them multiple times now - I had a slightly damaged product(Lotti helped me), I emailed them and they’d sent a replacement out - no question, ifs or buts! The best customer service I’ve ever had!

I have had two bad experiences with this company, i have bought from them a fair amount of times because some of the plugs i have liked and thought they were decent. Recently ordered some wood plugs, and only wore them twice and the design on the front of the plug completely fell out not been worn in water or slept in. I emailed customer service and was assured their plugs were made to a high standard which i agree with to a certain extent. I had been asked to send a photo and that they will replace them. My second error with them was that i ordered 2 pairs of stranger things plugs and they only sent me one of each instead of a pair of each and the design on them is barley readable, i wouldnt reccomend buying their engraved plugs. I sent them an email saying i had only recieved one of each instead of a pair of each and again was told that their orders "go through a strict checking process". They did however send me the pairs missing. *Edit* I now recieved the broken replacement plug and it is in awful etching quality you can barley make out what it is. Im really disappointed with the way that they handled the customer service.

I 100% rate this company 5/5, they are absolutely brilliant!. I’ve ordered from them 4 times, really nice packaging, came quick and no problems at all!. They even gave me a free pair with a card saying “we recognise your name, here’s a free pair of plugs in your size to say thank you” which was so nice of them, the plugs they gave me are so lovely and I always wear them :). They have the best stretched ear jewellery I have seen, I will always go to them first to buy new jewellery!

I'm 99% sure I have already reviewed UKcustomplugs before as there jewellery is good quality and fairly priced with very good UK shipping, but I recently had a lovely interaction with Emily on their customer service team and I just wanted to say 10/10 for her customer service over all. Incredibly polite, fast responses and couldn't have dealt with the issue better.

Ive been ordering plugs since way back in the beginning of uk custom plugs and always been super happy with them!
After a long ear/plug hiatus, im glad I re-discovered them and I also had great communication with the customer service after i misorderd a size on my plugs! Still the best site for nice service and quality plugs and more!!

Since starting my stretching journey mid 2019, I had struggled for a while to find good quality plugs.
Custom Plugs has a massive growing collection, ranging in styles and material. Some on the pricier side but they definitely make up for in quality.
Service has always been brilliant with quick delivery. The stone mushroom plugs have always been a favourite of mind and I love how each pair is unique crafted x

I love this company from their amazing plugs, gauges and also the awesome clothing brand they do.
I had a slight problem with a couple of gauges I purchased but the lovely Emily 💕 helped me realise that the ones I purchased were double flared and my ears weren't elastic enough yet for them too fit. But not only that the Lovely Emily also sent out the ones I would need atm in the same range and also one that she thought I might like all for free. Now that is amazing customer service!

I have ordered a number of plugs off of this lovely website before! They are amazing, the quality is amazing and the styles they have are awesome too and there’s a style for every taste! The customer service is quick and extremely friendly, welcoming as well as helpful!

I ordered a pair a couple of days ago and I received them today and to my surprise they gifted me a really nice pair of plugs for free to say thank you for being a regular customer! :) I’m so grateful.

Absolutely adore this company - their products are always of high quality and the customer support/ service is amazing. I purchase all my plugs/ tunnels from them and really feel valued as a customer when they pop little gifts in my orders!

I ordered a pair of tunnels and within a day received an email telling me that unfortunately those were out of stock, and offering either another pair of my choice or a refund. I selected the sword tunnels instead and although they arrived promptly, unfortunately the post had mishandled the package and they were badly bent. It was too late to ask for a new pair (they were a birthday gift) so I explained the situation to them and they graciously refunded my order with no issue. Their customer service was amazing and timely and even if unfortunately I didn't get to see the product in action, I would recommend them for their handling of the situation alone. HUGE shout out to May and Emily for taking care of everything so thoughtfully. I will definitely buy from them in the future!!

I am very happy with the service I received from custom plugs, using the plug promise I exchanged a pair of tunnels, my queries were answered promptly and Emily was incredibly helpful and lovely, it was the best customer service I have received in a long time, thank you again

I've been meaning to write a review for a few weeks now but I've been busy with work but I always remembered to remind myself to write it.

I ordered a plug which was way too small,
I'm super fussy and I even let my ear shrink back because I couldn't find a plug/tunnel that I liked.
I ordered one from Custom Plugs and
I fell in love with it so I quickly jumped on the site to order another size, and to my surprise they do exchanges.
Anyway, I don't want to bore you with the whole story but the customer service was impeccable.
I'm sat at home with a tunnel I'm super super happy with.

PS. Highly recommend the stickers.
The household loved them.
I told Custom Plugs this and they sent more with my exchange, The gesture in its self was amazing.

Honestly, we've had so many problems with people, Custom Plugs were a welcomed ray of light.

Ordered a pair of 42mm teardrop plug, received one that was 39mm and one that was 41mm, and as the free pair event, I got a pair of 46mm. I showed picture proof, got told their measuring system is very strict... yeah sure, that's why I got 46mm as the free pair. Escalated a claim with Paypal and got refunded. don't order from them, their customer service is like talking to a wall, they keep repeating the same things and even when you show them the proof they say their measuring system is strict and always right instead of actually looking at the proof you sent them. Stay away, and read on forums about plugs websites before ordering from them. also the design on the glass teardrop I ordered was ugly and barely any details compared on the photo on the website, enough where you can't REALLY tell it's 2 bats on them, it just looks like a blob

I recently bought a pair of tunnels which sadly did not arrive. I contacted Custom Plugs directly and spoke to Emily who was amazingly helpful and friendly. I 100% recommend Custom Plugs. Their items are quality and their customer service is second to none. Thank you again Emily!

10/10 - I recently ordered for the first time and I bought a pair of the beautiful iridescent plugs in size 16mm however unfortunatley when they arrived they didnt fit. Just a little too big however the i contanted them direcly and spoke to an Emily who was extremely helpful and friendly she explained it might be due to the fact they are double flared or my lobes being perhaps a size 15mm. She then sent out another pair and I am waiting in them now! She couldn't have been more helpful and I will definitely be shopping here again! But next time I'll make sure to buy the right size!
