I would give this company a zero if I could. I looked into a free trial as I wanted to enhance one photo. The page shows an upgrade enhancement for $13.99. I believed this to be part of the free trial for which I’d be charged 13.99 after the 7 days if I did not cancel the subscription NO as soon as I used the upgraded enhancement I was charge $167.92
The price for an annual subscription. I was shocked contacted them immediately explaining the situation and was told we cannot refund your money! By far the worst customer service I have ever received!! The page was misleading and even though I contacted them the same day and said I had no intention of using this service beyond the “free trial” I was told we will not refund your money….PLEASE BEWARE .

I visit this website and see there different prints of pictures with different prices and found the premium photos prints best at reasonable prices. The interface of this website is not so good, but the speed is ok.

I made an order with Foto.com that did not arrive for 2 weeks. I looked into contacting customer service to find out where my order was, and initially found some very negative reviews from people who never received their orders and couldn't get a hold of anyone from Foto.com about it. I thought I had just wasted my money with them.

HOWEVER - I was pleasantly surprised. I sent Foto.com a message through their online form (on their "contact us" page, click the circle in the top right corner), and promptly received a message back from [name], who was able to help me out with my order. He offered to send out the order again, at no extra cost to me. This package arrived - slowly - I guess since it was shipped all the way from Europe. I am glad to report the customer service seems to have improved since those initially reviews I read!

Photo quality is outstanding. Service is also topnotch. I highly recommend doing business with this company.

I received very high quality prints at a reasonable price in an excellent amount of time. I would highly recommend this service to those getting prints mass produced and need good quality, reasonable price and service!

I have placed several orders over the years, some small and some very large. The quality of the finished product is nothing short of excellent! I have tried other online photo shops and have found myself very disappointed with my photographs. You can't beat the quality of each print you receive at Foto.com. Great and convenient!
