Our threshold seals are designed and manufactured in the United Kingdom to the highest standards using quality materials and supplied with a specially formulated adhesive & sealant, and have been sold worldwide since 2009. They are stocked in Tennessee allowing for a fast dispatch to all US states.
Our products are also all supplied with a 5-year warranty as standard, and we are confident of the longevity of them.
We believe our products are of far superior quality to inferior products, often manufactured in China from cheap materials, and supplied without adhesive or warranty.

I will never buy from them again
There was a mixup somehow when I ordered a 13' threshold. I did not receive the kit required to join the 2 thresholds. I was certain I had ordered the correct length and that there was some mixup on that end. The salesmans position was that I only ordered 2 seperate thresholds and that they would provide the necessary hardware (Flat bar inserts,Grub screws and Allen Key) if I were to pay the shipping.
I was insistant I had ordered the correct length and that it was some internal system error on their part. And that this should have come with the original order.
They doubled down . After roughly 6 emails back and forth I asked them what the shipping costs would be ( for a small box of parts) and they said $60.00.
I laughed and told them that was an insult and a joke and to keep their product.
We build high end custom homes and are constantly having to jump through hoops to keep our customers happy. Its part of the job.
Apparently you guys do not feel the same way.

As per your previous correspondence with our customer service team, we have provided confirmation of your order which shows that two individual 6'6" threshold seals were ordered, and not one 13' threshold.
We always try to work with our customers, and as a compromise we agreed to send out all required parts FOC - which had not been paid for - to make the required complete kit, for just the cost of shipping the items to you. I'm sorry that you were not satisfied with this offer.

Quality well-made product, very good customer support and fast shipping! The first test for my garage occurred a few days after installation when we got almost 1 inch of rain. My garage stayed dry as the product worked as designed!

My garage gets hit by the wind and rain every time it rains and I always had water in my garage. But now it was dry after a hard rain, just wish I had heard of this sooner.

Save your money.
I installed a Garadry garage door threshold 1-1/2 years ago and it kept water out until it broke down. I drive a RAV4 and the threshold has collapsed where the wheels pass. I can buy 4 or 5 other brands on Amazon for the cost of a Garadry, replace it every year, if necessary, and be money ahead. Don't waste your money.
