Poor customer service and product…
Bought the Cannon Street men’s loafers and after about five wears a tassel fell off. Then another before I’d worn another four or five times. Took back and was told wear and tear so chargeable. I argued this stating the upper isn’t worn. I wouldn’t expect upper on a Goodyear welt shoe to fail so quickly. The follow up customer service has been very poor and I’ve needed to chase them up. Don’t bother, I won’t be again.
Poor packaging!
Great Shoes, no doubt. Very happy with the purchase. The packaging for part of the order was definitely subpar. Order came in 2 parts. One was well packaged. The other was in some flimsy bag, leading to the 2 shoe boxes inside - wet and very soggy. Suede shoes in one of these boxes was wet and had to be put out in the sun to dry out!
Cancelled my order without sending…
Cancelled my order without sending notification. When I sent an email they responded that they thought my order was fraud related. How absurd. Don’t waste your time.
Great service but wouldn't recommend Jones for wide feet
Gave Jones Bootmakers a try. The click & collect was straightforward and the boots were of a nice design & quality. Unfortunately, they were far too tight around the top of my foot, even though the boots were a G fit (wide fit). I haven't had issues with G fit in other brands like Clarks so can't recommend Jones for anyone with wide feet. The service was stellar though - was great chatting to the staff & there was no hassle getting a refund.

I love products they offer but website not updated
I love the products they offer, and their customer service was awesome! however their website does not seem to be updated, i was able to order a pair of shoes with them being completely out of stock.

I ordered shoes but didn't receive a shipment email for a week. When I contacted support I was told the order had been held for manual review. No one reached out for more information or made me aware of the potential delay. Support didn't request additional information and simply told me the order had been released and would ship the following day. Two days later I followed up again as I didn't receive a shipping notification and was told the order was cancelled because neither pair of shoes were in stock. I didn't receive notification of the cancellation nor was there any effort from Support to help remedy the situation or try to make it better.

I ordered the shoes on 4/17 & have not received them yet & I have no idea if & when they will arrive. I called on 4/30 to find out what was happening. They told me that it wasn’t sent out yet & that they would ship it out that day. I don’t know why it took so long to ship it out. It’s a good thing that I called otherwise who knows when it would have been shipped out. When I ordered the shoes it said that I should receive it in 10 days. That was a lie. I am very disappointed so far with dealing with Jones moot maker. I feel that I should be compensated for this unusually long wait.
