Stunning dress and wonderful customer service
I ordered the Charlotte dress and was so pleased when it arrived. It is truly stunning and well made! According to the size chart my bust measurement (36.5 inches) would have made me a M. I got in touch with La Dame because I was unsure (I've never been a size M before). They kindly sent me both the M and S so that I could try both to see which was the best fit. I ended up keeping it in size S, which highlighted my figure without being too tight in bust area.
La Dame's customer service was superb, both in helping me get the correct size and in assisting when my original package got lost in transit. Their staff was attentive and immediately resent my order. The only thing that I could point out for improvement would be to perhaps work on more precise indications for choosing a size. That said, their staff were so helpful in sending me both sizes that I can't say my experience was anything less than excellent. I can't wait to add more La Dame pieces to my wardrobe!
