Worse than Canceling a Gym Membership during COVID

Absolutely awful!! They were charging us $90 a month, and even at such a high price, they wouldn’t even let us change the music unless we paid an extra monthly fee. The music they chose for us was inappropriate, filled with NSFW material. This is a family-friendly restaurant we’re running! Even so, no business would allow curse words and inappropriate themes in every other song playing in their building!

We tried to cancel for FIVE WEEKS. Every time we called customer service — which was at least three times a week — they would hang up on us or say that they couldn’t cancel until their manager came back from their meeting. Well, five weeks later, we knew that was a lie; no manager is always in a meeting for five weeks straight. We told them that we’re staying on the phone with them until the manager came back. Two hours later, they still couldn’t get the job done. They also hung up on us again. So, we called the bank and did a chargeback to force them to cancel.

Lesson learned here, don’t sign with Mood Media. And if you want to cancel, call the bank for a chargeback — NOT MoodMedia’s customer service. We’ve been using Spotify and Amazon Music ever since, and those have been customizable and much cheaper options for us.

Worst customer service ever

I'd give em a negative review if I could
Placed in an order on 5/4/21, never received my device, called a few times trying to figure out what was causing the delay. There was a mistake on my address (A mistake on their end) said they'd make it right and ship out the device. Week went by, called again, talked to Nicholas, worst customer service agent I've talked to in a long time... he said I have not been charged - which I proved he was wrong and was charged on 5/6 and he couldn't do anything about it but give me a refund and I should place another order.
Politely asked for overnight shipping on them, since I've been waiting for a month already, but he said that's not an option, unless I want to pay for it. So my only option is to take the refund and place in a new order.
BTW, before hanging up be mentioned the refund will take 1 - 2 weeks... UNREAL... Canceled everything and gonna try to find another company that will provide that service
