Brand new motherboard broke in a month. Sent it back for rma and it seems they lost it and will not give me any details.

This place should be sued by class action lawsuit by everyone that has been scammed by them.

6700 MECH 2X, A competitive card with some compromises

First of all, the 6700XT MECH 2X is one of the cheapest 6700XT you can currently buy. This is s huge benefit over the competition. The card is well built and has a solid metal backplate. The temperatures were acceptable, but the fans do get very loud under load. There was also some slightly noticable coil whine.

CAUTION

CAUTION!
Have had a terrible experience with MSI customer Services. Over a year dealing with a Laptop that has not worked since purchase (GF65 Thin). A unit that has been in for repair 3 times for the same issue without resolve. A complaint without resolution. No one taking ownership, and agents arguing or threatening. Over a year with a faulty product and MSI offer a unit worth less than the original they are replacing.
Still no resolution to date.....

MSI Please Fix!

About a year and a half ago, I bought a new shiny msi gaming laptop off of newegg. A few months later with some Christmas money, I buy a hard drive (Seagate if any of yall are wondering) and put it in. Within the first week the Sata port had failed. Now I've had charging issues, and I open up the laptop to discover, the charging port had come loose and had died. MSI if you are reading this, contact me and I'll send you it back, so you can fix it.

Not very helpful

Not very helpful. I'm looking to purchase one of their products to integrate in our product for a customer. They would not give external CAD/detailed drawing and unable to answer simple questions like what is the depth of the screen (only depth with stand given)

Worst Gaming Laptops

Worst gaming laptops.

You can I put all the best stuff in a laptop but it does you no good when the rest is plastic and breaks apart. For instance, just from opening and closing my laptop the screen cover broke off the hinges and the screen no longer sits on the laptop. They also wont help you get it fixed. So good luck! These laptops wont last you more than three years.

MSI Optix MAG341CQ monitor is nice until horizontal white line gets attached to title bars. MSI's RMA service sent refurbished monitor which got the same issue 2.5 weeks in and is now not responding

If you want to try your luck, go for it. It's a nice monitor if it doesn't start dying on you. Would seriously recommend that you look elsewhere, though.

While reading this, keep in mind that I'm an artist and need a monitor to work. I bought this monitor in mid-May 2021, it lasted about 35 days before I got a stuck pixel. That was outside Newegg's return window, and not eligible for MSI's RMA. I told myself I'll deal with it. Then 5 months later, in mid-October, I saw a faint white line. With the coming days it started getting worse. I did a lot of troubleshooting: update drivers, windows updates, check/change cables, change GPU plug, change monitor settings, check power source, and eventually, change monitors. The other monitors I tried did not show this white line, only the MSI one. When connected to other PCs, the MSI monitor also had the white line attached to the title bars. This proved the issue was with MSI's monitor, not with my PC components.
Filed an RMA with MSI. Got accepted immediately. Had to pay shipping (this thing is heavy and the box has an odd shape) to their only repair site in the US, which is in California. I'm in NY. The shipping alone cost me ~$80 after discounts.
After it got delivered to them, they stayed radio-silent. Didn't notify me of status like they said they would or what was going on or what was going to happen, no ETA, nothing. I had to call several times to squeeze any info out of MSI.
I got a refurbished monitor (different serial number from mine) back over a month later, in mid-December. This whole time I wasn't able to work on my commissioned art. MSI sent some refurbished monitor that didn't have the screws required for the stand, so I had to find something that would work at home. Apparently you're supposed to keep the screws, but they don't mention it in the documentation anywhere.
It took them almost 3 weeks to get the screws & back cover to me, but I haven't bothered changing my DIY setup. 2.5 weeks after getting the monitor back (before the screws came in), that white line that got attached to title bars appeared on this refurbished monitor I got from the RMA. On top of this, it started making a very loud popping noise which physically sent ripples through the screen. I'm scared it may be a fire hazard.

I voiced my concerns to the people at MSI who I was in contact with (Tom Ho & Andrew Alderete) one week ago today, patiently waited to see if we could figure something out, but I haven't received a response from either of them. I don't have the time for an endless RMA loop, MSI. I paid a lovely sum (almost 500$ now because RMA shipping to CA is expensive) for this monitor, and I need it for my job. I don't have the time or money to send it out multiple times. I can't be THIS unlucky to get 2 of the same monitor and have them both develop the same issue plus another on top of it. If you have a flawed model, you should recall it. That is what any reputable company does. Reputable companies also don't force you to pay an arm and a leg for shipping, they take responsibility and cover it themselves.

Words cannot describe how disappointed I am.

I will never buy msi again and I urge…

I will never buy msi again and I urge you to never buy them either.

Two monitors and two different motherboards, all junk. The monitors themselves once they are turned off will leave streaks across the screen that will not go away for hours and its entirely unplayable (looks like a busted TV) and both motherboards are incapable of supporting XMP for higher speed ram, even though they are well within specs. I'll never bother with this trash again, save your money.

Worst computer parts company i had to deal with

First computer company i really have had problems with.
I been building computers for a little over a decade now. I never used msi untill recently.

A lot of the other companies got problems but usually not a big deal and easy to solve. But with msi when i sent a request for help with a issue they used forever to answer then their answers was just a very avoidable question.

I said. "I got a problem with a computer crashing. When the computer crashes the code says 22 on the mobo but the manual doesn't reference that code, What does that code mean?."

MSI response: "Does the motherboard say 22 when it crashes?"

I never got a reply when i said yes. And they closed the case without letting me be able to reopen it...

(Also every product i have used so far from them seems to be exceptionally low quality and badly supported. Like why even have a debugging code when there is no way to read it for the consumers)
