Cannot reach a person for help.

I have been a subscriber for approx. 3 yrs. The trouble I have is reaching a live person to speak with. I was unable to reach ANYONE regarding this. I am currently looking to switch. The auto-renewal is done with an email, with only a chat box.

I trust Norton 360 after using McAfee…

I trust Norton 360 after using McAfee for several years. Norton 360 is much easier to use and I don't think about it as much. I do check it from time to time but it's so much easier to maintain my sense of cleanliness and security.
