I have recently acquired an oil that has a different scent compared to a friend's oil. I have been in communication with Nuxe customer service to facilitate the return of the product. The return process has been quite challenging, and as of now, I have not been successful in returning it. This has been a disappointing experience, and I do not plan on being a repeat customer.

Poor customer service

I have ordered from Nuxe US for at least three years and was always pleased with their speedy deliveries. However, my luck with them has apparently changed. In my last order of four items, one of them (the eye balm) turned out to be a totally empty jar. I emailed their customer service, took photos as requested, sent the batch number, but have heard nothing in a week and a half. I’m surprised by their lack of concern toward a repeat customer with a valid and very aggravating issue!

I never Write reviews usually but I feel like I have to write one for what happened as this is a level of greediness I have never seen before !!! I have always ordered from this company countless products I use on a daily basis. Lately I have been having problems with my orders that get lost or damaged. I ordered using cyber Monday promo for micellar water, qualified for a free oil, I learn from usps that my package was damaged and they relabeled, it, when it was delivered I had received only one micellar water missing 2 more items. God knows if it was stolen, or maybe not even shipped correctly by this company in the first place, who knows I don’t trust them anymore. Anyways Going back and forth with their customer service, they decided to refund me a discounted micellar water and said that to make up for the oil they will credit my account 5$ SMH lol. A proper company resend your package or refunds you the whole price, because they know the promo is gone period. but no now that the discount is over they know I’ll have to pay full price plus shipping for that item. Greedy people ! and as I said you can keep your 5 dollars.

Zero customer service

I placed an order last week and paid extra for express shipping. The package was due to arrive two days ago but I never received the package. I sent an email (since you cannot call them directly!) to Nuxe regarding this situation and they never responded. I'm now chasing down FedEx on my own to try to get the packaged delivered. Nuxe obviously doesn't care about their customers. Luckily I paid with PayPal so I am protected and will get a refund if the package has been lost or damaged. Don't bother buying directly from the Nuxe website, there are other online retailers and stores that you can buy from. I won't bother shopping on their own website ever again.

My order came broken

My order came broken, so I emailed the customer service. And their customer service is super suck. They said I should refuse the parcel if it came broken. That was so stupid for replying. The USPS just left the package in front of my house, so how can I refuse it????? They asked for the picture, I sent it right away, but still there’s no reply from them.

HORRIFIC customer service

I wish I could give this company less than one star. They are HORRIFIC to deal with! DO NOT purchase from them. I ordered a body lotion and developed a reaction. I contacted customer service 4 times, including in the UK to no avail. On the fifth try, someone answered saying they never saw my emails. They put my in contact with someone from France to review my claims and photos of the reaction. They promised to get back to me in 48 hours. It has been two more weeks and I still have not heard even though I keep contacting them. STAY AWAY!!!!

Purchased the Nuxe Huile Prodigieuse…

Purchased the Nuxe Huile Prodigieuse dry oil after seeing it on Tiktok. The product came with a postcard which states "Changed your mind? Returns and Refunds are possible to 14 days after receiving the parcel". 2 days after receiving the parcel and of course, trying the product, I realized the scent made me nauseous and made my skin itch. So per Nuxe's instructions, I sent a message through their website of my wish to return. No reply. I sent another message. 72 hours later, they replied stating that they don't accept returns if the product was used and opened. I replied and said of course I had to open and try the product because how else will I know if I like it or not. They never replied back. I'm assuming they are waiting for the 14 days to lapse so they won't issue me any refund. Lesson learned... don't ever buy from their website. Their products can now be purchased cheaper through Amazon anyway and with Prime membership, with free returns.

I ordered several products on Jan 4,2022 for over $100. I still have not received it nor a replacement or a refund. Instead they are telling me to submit order information repeatedly, which I have provided and still no results. Nuxe has horrible customer service, a difficult way to get in touch with anyone and no telephone number to talk with a person. I shall never order from them directly again. Their products are available on Amazon.com.

I really need to read the reviews before I start shopping online from now on. I had one of the worst customer service experience at nuxe.com, never receive the products I ordered and the shipping status has been showing "en route" for a month. Contacted them about 10 times with exact same answer "we've escalated your case, we'll get back in touch within 24-48 hours with an update", and nothing, not a peep from them since. No replacement been sent or refund but as an US consumer, you can dispute the charge via your credit card company if you never receive the product. Furthermore, you can file a complaint & investigation via Federal Trade Commission (google "report fraud ftc.gov")

I contacted their online help, as I had a question about shipping and placing my order for $150+ dollars. I explained I couldn't change the shipping to expedited in the online checkout and was told to "try again later in future weeks". What? Is that how you do business? Keep your products, I won't risk not receiving them. Horrible communication for a US site.

No communication whatsoever

I purchased a body oil, paid extra for next day delivery, got it 2 days later, nobody answers my emails, no phone number to call, no live chat. Extremely poor communication or shall I say NON EXISTENT. I'm giving this a 2star only as so far the one thing I like about this is that they sent a sample with my order. Would I order again? Most probably not.
UPDATE : after another email sent, they got back to me saying they will credit for the charge so updating to ☆☆☆

Still haven't received my order over 1 month later!

If I could give ZERO stars, I would. Nothing to do with their products but 100% to do with their business and customer service. I placed an order on 12/7/2020. The order has still not been received on 1/14/2021. I've written to their customer service over 20x. They reply with the same, lame reply that the box is "on it's way to USPS." HOW? Where is the box? It's had the exact same shipping information for over 1 week and no one at Nuxe can give me any other details. If it's on its way to USPS, that means it's not yet shipped from Nuxe. So where is it? They've not offered a refund or discount on this order either. I'll be forced to cancel with my credit card company. Just don't order from them directly. They clearly don't know how to run a business! It should be embarrassing for them.

Order received after almost 2 months

I did not receive my order and there is no phone number/email for the US customer service. The chat option is not working and neither the message form on their site.

Update 01/27/21: I got my order after almost 2 months. The bottle has a thin crack, but nothing seems to leak. Huile prodigieuse still has the same amazing smell.

Terrible

This has been the most ridiculous service I received whilst shopping online.Purchased a gift and paid extra for speedy delivery.This was 10 days ago and Im still waiting for my order.Its absolutely ridiculous how things are organized, shipped and communicated.
Never again! Best to pop in to John Lewis and get the same product hassle free.

Selected £77.50 worth of goods.
Can't apply discount code.
Email to customer service.
Reply says 'You combined other offers'..(as in get something free with a product).
Nothing to tell you that....then
'I suggest you read the terms and conditions'!!!!!
Who ever does that?...
Plus made it my fault.
Unsubscribe so as not to waste time trying to spend £77.

Please help

Please help, I adore nuxe and all their products, I have recently started ordering quite a bit online, first order took a week but hey that's ok,
Then second order never came ! I ordered it on the 19th November!!!!!! Any way after numerous emails I had a very silly reply just stating it has been sent, well I already knew that but point is it never arrived, i sent more emails, not had a single reply yet after 10 emails !!! I then messaged the Facebook page and got a reply saying parcel had been collected from a designated safe place !!! It had not, and I have never even set up a safe place, after explaining this the Facebook helper agreed to send package again, which I recived 2 days ago, only to open and find it was not what I had ordered !!!! Argghhhhh so again I have emailed twice and left another Facebook message but again nobody has bothered responding, so I still don't have my order from the 19th of November and yet they still have my money, and of course nobody is replying to my e.ails so what am I actually meant to do ?? .

I am very disappointed with nuxe…

I am very disappointed with nuxe service-I made a mistake of not putting my door number down after I had given the Address l contacted them by email but got response after 3 days saying the can’t amend the order- but who are the gonna send the parcel too?? The sent another email saying the have shipped my items but gave old tracking number of somebody else old order. Am gonna wait and see where this order has gone to and will request money back and will never order from this website again

Was sent used second hand products.

I purchased 2 gift sets with Nuxe during the after Christmas sale. One of the sets was absolutely perfect, the other one - the tamper seal had been opened and sticky taped over, which I wasn't too happy about, but as I was treating myself, not gifting it to anyone else I would have overlooked it had it not been for the fact that two of the four products had clearly been opened, the lip balm had a gouge in it and the hand cream tamper plastic had been removed and badly placed back on. This could have easily been missed by me and only found out too late (I store things until I need them) to send back or it could have been a present for someone and been a massive disappointment to them. I have sent a message to Nuxe (as they avoid putting a telephone number on their website, although they are happy to ask for yours) to try and get a NEW replacement and postage costs as I don't see why I should be out if pocket for their error. I cannot believe a supposedly high end manufacturer would make this kind of mistake, surely they should have some sort of quality control checking customer returns haven't been opened and used, so the don't end up flogging used goods to unsuspecting customers who are making new purchases in good faith.

Sent email twice! Reply so slow

Ok! I sent email on Thursday, it replyed on next Monday ! Other one I sent on Friday , today is Tuesday, still didn't get any ! It is so slow costermer service! By the way , just only email no phone call ! It is really not convince to contact costermers service!
