I had purchased a massage chair one…

I had purchased a massage chair one years ago and already had problem with the rolling and I try to ask for help and they wants to charge me 600 hundreds dollars, that’s a way too much, if I know there will be a lots of problems after I won’t buy the massage chair, already regretted

Absolutely overpriced junk and unreliable

This is the most unreliable overpriced product. I bought a uLove 2 which was almost $10,000 in 2022. Didn't realize at the time there is only a 1 year warranty. This should have been a red flag had I known, but I didn't bother to research that at the time.

In 2023, exactly 1 month after my 1 year warranty expired, the chair broken. Called support and had to pay for the repair.

Another year went by (2024) and another issue that I had to repair this time costing $750. Had to also replace the worn and ripped synthetic leather back.

Then this year 2025, another issue with the failed air pump that needed to replace.

Finally, the current issue is the chair stopped responding completely to the remote. Still waiting over a week for this to be repaired now.

Within 3 years of owning this thing, it required 4 paid service calls! Parts and labor are very expensive!

Terrible customer service

Terrible customer service. I ordered a massage chair twice, and they said neither of my credit cards (Amex and Visa) passed their Anti-Fraud analysis system. I provided the extra materials that they asked for, but nothing works!!! RIDICULOUS!

STAY AWAY! OVERPRICED CHAIR WITH VERY POOR SERVICE

I bought the uLove2S on 2022 and been enjoying for 3 years until it went bad. The remote got glitchy and when I start the massage, it would stop right after and show error code 15.

I contacted support couple times but no one picked up the phone. I sent an email and no one responded for weeks. I called numerous times at random during their office hours, and one day miraculously someone responded the phone. After the call, we had few follow ups where I sent video recordings of the problem, and again, I couldn't get any response. I had to call numerous times for several days, hoping someone would pick it up.

Overall, it took me 1 month to get a proposed resolution. And the guy who I talked all along (Jack) told me it was a remote cord problem. I then mentioned about code 15, and then he goes "Oh, it's also the massage module problem". What a joke.

He sent me the invoice of the parts needed, and it was a remote cable and backrest kneading roller. With labor, the whole thing cost $720. I paid $7000 for the massage chair and the repair cost ~10% of the chair. Given by the way he responded and how expensive the repair was going to be, I got skeptical and did some research.

First, the remote control is working fine, it's just slow. That means it's a software issue and not a cord issue. I don't know what a retractable cable would do to help.

Second, code 15 shows to be an overheating issue on uDivine per their manual. I assume the code number represents the same thing across different models. In that case, I am sure that the massage chair is not overheating, because the same error would show up even when it was not in use for a long time. So again, I assume this is a software glitch rather than a hardware problem.

For a $700 charge, I doubt that they will fix the problem. Furthermore, I have strong doubts whether they know what the problem is. I don't mind the chair having problems (all machines do), but this kind of service is totally unacceptable. Not only was it nearly impossible to get them to respond, but they are charging ridiculously prices on completely unrelated things. I guess their service goes along with their product (overpriced, malfunctional).
