Hi, I'm sorry to hear that your order was delayed. I've looked into this, and the order was shipped on time, and delivery was attempted on the scheduled day but no one was there to receive it.
Unfortunately, once an order has left our warehouse we have no control over the delivery.
It's disappointing that we've received a 1-star review when no attempt to contact us was made, giving us no opportunity to resolve the situation or contact the courier on your behalf.

The machine did not freeze so they sent another one
The machine does not freeze and we've called several time with zero response, so not impressed.
Alan called at the weekend when he saw my review and immediately called my site manager to attempt to fix the machine, once he discovered the machine could not be fixed on site he paid for collection of the broken machine and sent a new machine that works perfectly like the past 2 machines we had purchased from us4slush.
So all's well that ends well
