We booked to go to Florida last year…

We booked to go to Florida last year with this company and my husband got cancer we have all the paperwork he has had operation after operation chemo therapy so we couldn’t go . We rang explained they told us we couldn’t get our deposit back so basically ripped us off with 900.00 absolutely rip off company it’s not as though we just cancelled for the sake of it my husband is still ill and we gave plenty of notice about the cancellation. To do that to a person with cancer is absolutely appalling. Apparently went into liquidation a few months later so that’s why they refused a refund . Even though they have changed names they still have no morals . I will never book with these people again and will tell people to stay well away from this company.

Bunch of con artists

Bunch of con artists. I have been trying to get a refund that I was promised since last year, before they ceased trading. It seems like John decided to use my money and other customers money to start up another con of a company. Disgusting to steal from a single mom with 2 children, one being a special needs child.

Have usa direct ceased trading, because you can not speak to anyone or no email replies, I have only paid the deposit but all those people who have booked expensive holiday and have paid are now at risk of losing there money, because ATOL haven't been made aware of a ceased of trading

This company has apparently ceased trading no communication and currently no response back.
John I urge you to contact your customers who have booked expensive holidays with you.
If you have ceased just give everyone’s money back just be fair

Amazing Service

I emailed USA Direct enquiring about a trip to New York for April of 2025 and ended up booking…
Thomas was amazing! Gave us various hotel options and price brackets, affordable deposit and he is even sorting out some trips for us closer to the break. Could not recommend enough and will definitely be using again…

Stress free and great customer service

Highly recommend this travel company! From start to finish the personal touches and tailored holiday was perfect and appreciated! As a Single mum and two kids every thing was planned and John advised where to go etc it was great thank you

Superb golfing in Belek, Turkey

Our group of 12 people enjoyed a superb golfing holiday in Belek, Turkey arranged by USA Direct.
Our accommodation in The Cornelia Diamond Hotel was of a very high standard & we were pleasantly surprised when we were upgraded, free of charge, from 6 twin bed suites to 2 three bed villas, with their own private sunbathing & swimming areas.
The buffet restaurant food was both varied & plentiful allowing individuals to be able to find meals to satisfy their own personal tastes.
We also booked 3 a la carte restaurants during our stay, which we all agreed offered great food for 12 hungry golfers. The service in the restaurants was to a very high standard & in the steak restaurant, they offered more steaks to us all but we were too full to take up their kind offer.
We played 5 rounds of golf at Lykia Links, National, Pasha, Carya & Faldo. I'd rate Carya exceptional, National & Pasha excellent, Lykia & Faldo very good. All our group (2 - 28 handicappers) found the Faldo course tight, especially for longer hitters. The Lykia Links course was very different to the other 4 courses and offered fantastic scenery. However, I think we caught the course on a bad day, as the semi rough was very difficult to hit your balls from & probably needed a cut.
From start to finish, I found booking and requesting information from USA Direct first class & I as an experienced traveller, would highly recommend them.

Obviously with a name like USA-Direct people assume we only deal with the US , understandably but this will change with the launch of an additional website in 2024

Lilly King is the person who I dealt with from start to finish, from getting quotes to making any changes to the holiday. She is always happy to assist and her prompt email responses were greatly appreciated. I have communicated with her on and off for 12 months from quotes right up to now when we are approaching our holiday. Her service has been exceptional and most organizations lose interest once your booking has been confirmed but Lilly has shown the same enthusiasm throughout. Couldn't recommend Sheena enough when…

Couldn't recommend Sheena enough when it comes to booking a holiday. I was a bit hesitant as its been a long time since I've been to Orlando. I feel I've been offered a very good price for my holiday and Sheena couldn't have been any more helpful in offering me tips and advice about the place. Very smooth and simple booking and can only hope now that Orlando turns out to be as good as the service I've recieved. Thanks again, Sheena.

Just returned from a fabulous 2 weeks…

Just returned from a fabulous 2 weeks in Florida
Lilly originally dealt with our booking and knows her stuff, after the original booking was made we dealt with John who gave us the best price for park tickets (I don't think we could have done any better)
Everything went to plan we had no issues with the plane the cars or the villa the whole process was smooth from start to finish
We flew into Orlando airport but Lilly told us it was cheaper to fly home via Tampa which we did
In my opinion Tampa is a much nicer airport and I would happily fly to Tampa both ways in future. My only reason for 4 stars and not 5 is because we did not know the exact villa we were staying in until 24 hours before departure, and we found this quite stressful, we knew we would have the 10 bedrooms and all the facilities we requested but not knowing exactly where we would be was stressful , however I think the issue wasn't anything to do with usa direct but rather a change of management companies with the villas
Overall a good experience trust them they know what they are doing.

Great experience so far

Great experience so far .
First contact was with John who was very friendly and helpful.
Richard then took charge and he's been working very hard to put together the trip we wanted. He listened and totally understood what we wanted and then put together a great package for us to get the most out of our trip. His knowledge and suggestions were very helpful and gratefully received.
Our trip is in January 2024 and we are so looking forward to it. I have every confidence that (based on the service so far) we will have a great time.

Great holiday booked

USA Direct helped design a holiday for us that was exactly as requested. In addition, John advised to wait before booking the hotel selected. Wouldn't you know it, waiting 3 months saved me £750 on the hotel. Very pleased.

John recommended a budget hotel on International Drive, the Rosen Inn. It was perfect for us, more of that on a Facebook review of the holiday experience but in a nutshell, it was budget as John described, had 2 pools, a great central base for Orlando at a reasonable price, better access to a wide range of eateries than the posh hotels on site at Disney and Universal.

John found a a lower priced flight by flying to New York first, but then a week before the flight, contacted me to offer a direct flight at the same price. I call that great customer service.

I have seen some complaints aimed at US Direct about poor contact. To complain is not to appreciate that it must a be a busy and complex business to sort out multiple holidays. All I can advise is a bit of patience and allowing USA Direct to do what they do best.

My holiday was on the money, thanks to John, Josh and and the rest of the team who helped but I did not talk to. Exceptional company to work with!
