I was contact from this company the guys name was Shawn. I told I was doing my move myself. He said I can do the move for 2016.00. No cost. We can pick up sat or Sunday between 11:00am to 3:00 pm they showed up at 6:00 pm on Sunday. Charged my 3348.00. Additional cost cause of sq ft was wrong . It been week m I still don’t have my items n no delivery date can’t even tell me where my things are.
Don’t use this company
The guy that pick up my stuff hired two guy to help him load . I m sure this way my bill was higher. This crazy

My entire truck load of furniture was ruined. Movers did not wrap a single piece of furniture or take any care in loading/unloading the truck. Movers use a language app to communicate and are not able to read your boxes or understand you at all. Filed a claim for damages....$97.00 for thousands of dollars worth of furniture. DO NOT USE. Absolutely unprofessional and completely untrustworthy. They take advantage of you being in a state of need and gradually increase your rate until it is double what what quoted. I am completely disgusted with the whole experience. It is also worth noting that this company is a brokerage and you will get some random, unmarked truck showing up to pick up your belongings.

Yet another one star review for this company. My items are supposedly on the way. Same issues as others. Lied about the delivery date, estimate given initially was $3k lower than what the movers charged during moving. There is no way we added 600 cubic feet extra for the truck that day as we threw away multiple items before moving. We moved to another state, no items, no clothes with us, no nothing. I’m going to connect with one of the other reviewers below about the class action suite. This company are scammers. If they respond to this message know that this is a real customer and we moved from Wilkes-Barre PA on 9/23 to Woodland Hills CA. Company owner called to sort out billing issue on first day itself to handle a smooth payment from us but disappears when issues like this crop up. Employees promised to deliver within a certain date but manager later on tried to worm a way out of it by mentioning a clause of delivery window. They could have easily told us that 7-9 days was impossible ( but apparently it is possible if it’s expedited) but instead of mentioning that possibility they continued to promise the date we requested it to be delivered which was on the 9/29. Beware of Greg, manager called Samuel, Christina( or Christine) was also aware of the date we wanted the delivery. Possible scammer possible bait and switch. Whatever you do DON’T take your chances with this company.

THE ABSOLUTE WORST EXPERIENCE I HAVE EVER HAD WITH ANY COMPANY IN MY LIFE.

USA Moving Solutions displayed the absolute worst customer service and completely lacked any sense of integrity. They were dishonest, disrespectful, manipulative, and unprofessional throughout the entire process. This experience ultimately left me feeling disgusted there are actually companies out there who treat their customers this way.

I would highly recommend to never use USA Moving Solutions or any other moving broker like them. Do your research, a lot of these cross-country moving companies are playing off as they are not a broker, but they are. They are scammers and will tell you whatever you want to hear to get you to sign a contract and pay a deposit so you can not back out. I am still beyond frustrated and sick to my stomach knowing USA Moving Solutions is an operating business and continues to take other peoples’ money. I honestly don’t understand how this company is still around and how its employees willingly decide to work for such an awful employer. I would give negative stars if I could.

In a nutshell:
-I agreed to a moving cost of $3,743.55 and in the end I was charged $9,998.22.
-USA Moving Solutions under estimates the amount of cubic ft and cost in your initial estimate so that you’ll sign the contract and pay the deposit because you think you’re getting a deal.
-The movers then lie and over estimate the cubic ft you have when they show up to get your items in order to charge you EVEN MORE.
-I was told my things would not be taken off the truck to sit in a warehouse, but they did for 2 and a half weeks.
-I was promised a delivery date of July 22nd and the movers showed up on August 10th. When the movers finally showed up, I was supposed to receive a 24 hour heads up prior to the movers arriving, I was given a 3 hour heads up. Not only that, but I was out of the country with an 8 hour time difference so I had to stay up all night re-coordinating and making sure there weren’t anymore surprises.
-USA Moving Solutions charged me extra for my house having stairs…. Which I found out an hour before the movers showed up to drop my things off at the final destination.
-USA Moving Solutions has taken zero accountability for any of the misinformation and had the audacity to respond with “show me the proof of that being said.” I didn’t know I had to be recording phone calls with them, but, knowing what I know now, I definitely should’ve recorded all the phone conversations I had with them.

If I could give this company a zero, I would. They increase the price before, and after delivery, the original date they promised was off by weeks, they place my stuff in a warehouse ( which was never explain during setup) and they had a minor moving my stuff. When I told them of this matter, they brushed it off, as if I was completely lying. It is very disappointing and shows a lack of standards and the respect that they have for their customers and their belongings. Do not trust this company!

This company remove the bad reviews and keep all the good reviews, which I think they write themselves. Run from them because they are the worst. They will break your things and now replace them. When you try to call the person who initiated the quote, Natalie. She will not pick up and her email will return back to you. Charlie from claims is a big joke. He will low ball what they should pay you back for your things that they wrapped themselves and are broken under their care. Then will tell you it's up to the owner to send the check. It will take weeks of back and forth until you give up. I will write a bad review everyday if I have to stop them. I paid them the amount they quoted me so that My things can be move safely. On top of that they kept some of my boxes in their storage space in Jersey because my new home was not ready in time. All USA moving does is lie. DO NO TRUST them. They are all crooks

USA moving is horrible. They broke my furniture's and lamps. I am missing a few boxes because they had to hold my stuff for a few weeks until my new home was available. I have left several messages and no one got back to me. Charlie from claims is a joke because he now tells me that I needed additional insurance to get my broken stuff replaced. But when i sign up with them. They did not mention this to me. He then tells me all they can give me to replace several of my things they packed that are damaged is $200. It's been weeks and he is giving me the run around and now tells me it's out of his hands and the owner is the one who is going to write the $200 check. I paid over $8,000 for my long distance move. How long does it take to give back $200 that will not cover half of the things they damage. If you can do the move yourself. Please do not use them. All they do is lie and do not stand behind their words.

Customer Service was fantastic the only issue was we had to wait an extra day for our belongings but when your stuff is on the Truck with another customers belongings it takes a little longer no worries customer service answered my worrying calls every time

Our experience was really great, the quote was spot on. What we had was packed properly & delivered safely. Easygoing crew that made the experience safe and worthwhile. Would definitely recommend to a friend.

We relocated a single family home from CA to FL and had the most awful experience. I have relocated many times and this was the absolute most unprofessional company. 1) all of our boxes were purchased brand new from Home Depot and Heavy Duty. They were stacked, thrown on top of one another upon arrive with holes along the edges of 95% of the boxes were crushed and folded along the sides. Majority of our furniture was recently purchased from high end dept stores and thrown on their side, thrown on top of boxes marked as fragile, and almost ALL of our furniture was damaged. My marble table was cracked down the center, my concrete dinner table was also cracked and gouge taken out of its side. Brand new C&B sofa was torn and black along the corners. Our brand new serena and lily bed was damaged on ALL corners, brand new flat screen tv used maybe 3x was shattered (this was in a protected tv box even!!) We had 4 boxes of ceramic, glass and clay items- ALL shattered. I threw out sentimental items, expensive kitchen items, glass ware... items were falling out of boxes with holes that were perfectly packaged- i could not believe my eyes. When the door to the truck opened, my electric bike was piled on top of breakable furniture side ways and I could see through all of our boxes. It was almost as if somebody just threw our stuff onto a truck and completely neglected our items. I will be writing to all of the news stations, friends at firms and all websites reporting the negligence. On top of it we are still missing a mountain bike and a beach cruiser that we have been told every couple days is being handled and sent to us. It's been three weeks. The men would not open the truck until we paid the remaining balance in cash. The fact these companies take a full inspection of ALL inventory upon pickup and charge for every square foot of space up front, but there is no inventory taken upon arrival or accountability is fraud! We have other peoples boxes here we have asked them to pick up and they have failed to. SCAM. We paid over $7500 and am disgusted with how this business operates.

One of the most reliable and honest moving companies out there. I was terrified after seeing other get scammed but they took their time, explained every single step of the way, and delivered beyond my wildest expectations. The owner even bought me lunch! Customer service is exceptional. Communication is on point. Delivery was 2 days passed what we had originally planned for BUT my moving consultant and the team prepared me for that so it was perfectly fine! I wouldn’t go with any other moving company!!!!!

I’m back again round 2 with USA moving. Things went so well with my grandma move a few months ago. That my wife and I decided that your company was are best choice. I’m not normally the guy that leaves reviews so trust me I’m very impressed. If your looking for a company that will treat you like family, you found it. Thank you again for all the help. I hope that I don’t have to move again but I’m sure the wife will make me. When we do I’ll definitely call USA 🇺🇸 again

They are not movers they are BROKERS. Class action lawsuit and in contact with attorney general as we speak. Please email me if any are interested in exposing this company. We still have not received our refund that is owed for a move they no showed.

Absolutely the worst moving company. Estimated us a $5,000 move. A bit pricey, but we paid. When the moving company showed up at the new place (days and days later) he charged us ANOtHER $5,000 or refused to give us our stuff. The man acted like he didn’t speak English- acted like he didn’t know what was being said. Spoke perfect English to his partner however. They didn’t want to put the furniture back together which we paid for. Every single piece of furniture they transported was damaged. Sole large scratches, all the way up to a broken dresser. ABSOLUTELY do not use this company. after filing a claim to gwt some of our money back, we were told we would have to file a claim through ouf insurance and that we have to resolve this problem with the third party they hired. Everything about this company has been a complete headache.

If could erase 2022, and this terrible company contribute the good majority of the worst year I’ve ever had. I had to come back from Florida, my friend I lost a little boy and asked me to take him. I agreed set my stuff up here from Florida only for these people to steal my belongings and damage my belongings. They are so crooked. It’s not funny I have pictures I’m going to send in the only thing this guy John, the owner called and said to me do you really think I’m going to give you are I really give a darn about your stuff the reviews you did on me Told me I better have deep pockets. He’s gonna sue me I said OK my turn to get a hold of them try to they do not answer people run from these guys don’t do it they will ruin your life and steal everything you have and I think twice about it Have a great day.

BEWARE of this company they are liars, con artists and scammers!!! Every nightmare review you see is absolutely true. They are brokers NOT actual movers. Will give you a lowball price, charge a deposit, my deposit was $2100 to be exact, then when the actual movers arrive, they triple the price and if you refuse guess what… there goes your deposit! It took nearly 2 months for me to get my belongings after I was forced to pay an outrageous price. Because of this company I will never in my life trust ANY moving company ever again!

This is a third-party company. They are a broker they hired Jackson movers. They took a deposit and were super friendly in the beginning. Very responsive after I had an issue he stop speaking with me and sent me to somebody else Lisa from USA Moving. Extremely rude and not helpful. They (Jackson movers) left our rental a mess, didn’t take everything they quoted us for, broke a pantry door (which we will have to pay for), didn’t come with tools or equipment to break down our furniture and miss placed, lost or took my husbands tools, had a terrible attitude, complained about not wanting to be there and work. We had to rent a uhaul ($675) + gas to get home, paid an extra night in a hotel room and not to mention the stress and anxiety of trying to get the rest of our items packed while trying to take care of a newborn. I assumed we would fit the whole bill and not have any type of reimbursement or compensation. Broken pantry door Some items they were supposed to take. Also, we had a TV box that we kept when we bought our new TV the Styrofoam you see all over the floor was supposed to be put back into the TV box for Support. One of the workers pulled everything out and just threw it all over the floor. I had told them to take all of our exercise equipment. There is a bag of exercise bands underneath this bag is more weights in a crate and two yoga mats along with formats. Here is our pantry of goods that was supposed to be taken. Our sons room that was left a mess along with the belongings and lamp that was supposed to be taken as well. The only thing in this photo that was not supposed to be taken. Was the diaper genie located in the right corner. Hat rack that was supposed to be taken. Kitchen baskets supposed to be taken. Extra storage bin supposed to be taken. They told me they couldn’t take it unless the drawers were emptied so I did that and they still didn’t take it. I was unsure of as far as charges go, I figured there would be an extra charge since I did not add this room when I was originally quoted. Again, I understand the price difference. But when you’re paying for a platinum package, you would expect to have a little bit more courtesy with your items and attitude. I can tell you we will never use this company ever ever ever again.

Also, when our items finally arrived 3 weeks later…packed Jan 27 - arrived Feb 15!!! None of our boxes were labeled so I had to guess to figure out what was in what box.
