I honestly can’t get over how bad this company is. This is my second review for them and it’s to try to get them to pay attention. I’ve tried dozens of emails, (there’s no other way to contact them - Chat is never opened, their phone is never picked up).
I returned this item Dec 17, that’s almost a month ago. I still have no refund. I’ve written them many times and only get the automated email with no real response. It’s January 15. Do yourself a favor- do not purchase online from this company. Incredibly frustrating.
When I first placed the order in November I reached out to them because I had not received any tracking. Two weeks passed and finally I wrote them again and they answered saying they could cancel it. I told them to do so. I received no response and the item shortly after. It was a month back and forth to get the item and then a label to return it. Now, after returning it Dec 15, I have heard nothing and had to put in a dispute with my credit card. I was notified today that they still have not answered them. I have sent them at least a dozen emails for this REFUND!!!
Update : I initially wrote this for the uk company by mistake. This is for the usa online site. There is no one on phone for customer service. I call all hours of the day. There is always a busy signal or the phone just rings. There is no one on chat. I’ve tried all hours of the day. I’ve sent dozens of emails since I placed the order in November. It’s JANUARY. When I placed the order my emails were about tracking it since they didn’t send any tracking. No answer. They finally answered and I told them to cancel it since it was taking so long and they didn’t. Now to return it I’ve tried since Dec 17. Even my credit card company has tried to contact them to dispute it- no answer. If I didn’t see actual stores I’d think this company was fake.
Don’t shop from here. If there’s issues you’ll have to deal with them for months. Awful experience
My credit card company wants to talk to you- ANSWER! My dispute went in on dec 17 and it is jan 15, my credit card company just notified me that you still haven't answered them!!!!
