Not the official US site, don't use.

these guys charge me £60 rather than £14, and while it looks like I got my esta, I didn't realise this wasn't the official esta website and I've paid over the odds for it. Looks like I've got my esta, but at 4 times the price!

Absolute scam

Absolute scam! The Official ESTA need to take this site down. They charged me $14 to only check my status, and tried to charge me $78 for an ESTA - This is a $14 service. Crooks!

Scammers

My mom fell for that website coz it looked like the legit one. They copy everything to make sure they look just like the government looking one. Charge u $78 for the same thing the government website charges $14. They claim customer support but that is just a BS. And charge $19 for checking the status u can do urself on the original site for free. Its just taking advantage of people who might not be super internet savvy. They just ripping people off for nothing. Not sure how they look at the mirror everyday.

Total Scam DO NOT BELIEVE ANY 5-STAR REVIEW

I accidentally used this site rather than going direct on the Government's ESTA website. They advised me that my wife's application was not valid and I should reapply for a new authorisation - presumably so they could scam me for another $19. I checked the application on the Government website which confirmed an application had been started but not paid. They do not provide any assistance, the form you complete is identical to the Government website. so that just gets put through to the Government and they are pocketing all the money.

DO NOT BELIEVE ANY 5 STAR REVIEWS

Total scam

Total scam. It is not the US official site where the real fee for ESTA is $14 and checking status is free!

This site is a SCAM !!!

They will charge you $78 USD when the real Government site is esta.cbp.dhs.gov and charges you $18 USD.

Even after paying the fee they claim my data is incorrect, I have contacted my bank to repot them.

This is a scam site made to look like…

This is a scam site made to look like the official US government site. Do not enter your information and do not pay any money. It is free to check ESTA status on the official site (google for site ending in "dhs.gov")

They had the easiest registration…

They had the easiest registration process, very convenient and with a few steps, I had applied for the visa and got it before I expected. Highly recommended. I'm glad to have come across such a great service provider.

Excellent service

Excellent service! I had a hard time finding the right place to get my visa for the USA and ESTA really helped me get it in no time. Really appreciate it. The one place I trust.

I'd give it nought

I'd give it nought. Be very careful. It looks like the official USA site despite the disclaimer. DON'T use it. You can go direct to the USA visa or visa waiver site. My partner got fooled by this lot and they took her money to check on something she already had and thought she was renewing direct on auto renew. To make it worse we contacted Nat West bank who stated they will continue to support this company and other companies of his sort despite being aware of them. We've reported this outfit to Trading Standards and Companies House.

This is a total scam

This is a total scam
Warning, don't fall for this nonsense like i did. They tricked my into thinking this was the official site. I suddenly had to pay $19 dollars for checking my ESTA status as i wasn't sure it was still valid. I thought the 19 dollars was to renew it but all they did was check the status which is a free service on the official site. Then they said my ESTA was no longer valid whilst in reality it was still valid for another 3 months. They are just ripping off people, pretending as if they are the real site, DON'T FALL FOR IT and look up the real site (ending with .gov) .

This is a total scam they are not the official US gov site.

This is a total scam they have nothing to do with the US government! I checked my status with them and was asked for $19. Just before I paid I double checked the site and discovered my error. Once on the official US gov site they confirmed I still had a year remaining so had nothing to pay!!

Save your money!!

Don’t use these guys, they just dominate the search engine and fool people into thinking they are the legitimate authority. Go to ESTA.cbp.dhs.gov for the same forms and low if any fees.
