I've used USA Kilts for small things in the past such as kilt hangers and the like. I have had nothing but positive interaction with them. Recently I ordered a kilt made from a tartan my son and I had designed. When it was completed I received a call indicating that it might have been put together incorrectly.

After a short discussion and exchange of photos USA Kilts sent the kilt back to be redone correctly without any charge to me. This delayed the delivery time but it arrived exactly as I ordered it to be.

USA Kilts has been responsive to my needs, answered questions, and constantly reached out to me to ensure I was a satisfied customer.

I recently purchased a black sporran belt from USA Kilts for about $20. My intuition was that the belt would be more practical than the chains and likely to diminish wear of the kilt fabric. I wore the new accessory to a Scottish Country Dance last weekend and found the belt to be an improvement. I received great advice from a call to the store before the purchase. I love the free shipping. The price was better than on other sites I visited. Five Stars for USA Kilts.

I have purchased several types of kilts and accessories from USA kilts and have never been disappointed with the quality and their customer service. The pub package is perfect for anyone who is interested in wearing the plaid for the first time. It’s a great way to dip a toe in the water and then you can upgrade to more expensive garments if you like the look.
The kilt I ordered was already in stock so I received it in about a week!
“Made to order” does take a few weeks and possibly even longer if you choose a tartan that is not in stock, and even longer if it must be shipped from Scotland before it can be made.

USA Kilts is amazing. The Lewis Hose they carry are of the highest quality, supremely comfortable, exceptionally durable. Their customer focus and service ethic is amazing.

my recent order for kilt number 10 & 11 were crafted by "Blue". The craftsmanship was excellent. The math was perfect. My pleat display is stunning for on lookers. My next purchases will be the "American Dream" and my wife wants to see me in a Prince Charlie.

USA Kilts is fantastic & House of Cheviot hose are first-class, full-stop. I own many and am a regular patron of USAK. In fact, I already know the next hose I'll be ordering - Lewis "oatmeal". Re: everyone, the customer service is brilliant. For Kilt novices, their patient education is perfect. As for experienced Highland Dress wearers, their communication is brilliant.

I ordered 2 yards of the Sterling Pink tartan PV fabric. Originally I wanted it to make a skirt to coordinate with my husband's Sterling Grey and Sterling Blue kilts. He passed away before ordering the fabric. I decided to order it myself, because he wanted me to have it. The tartan is beautiful. The fabric is the usual high quality of USA Kilts PV. I haven't had a chance to make the skirt yet, but I know it will be a wonderful skirt.

The Flat Cap that I recently purchased arrived quickly. As usual with USA Kilts my purchase was acknowledge in short order including the notification of shipping and arrival, great care in packaging and of course the pieces of candy with a Hand Witten Thanks.
