Rock solid customer service. Ordered a jacket/vest combo: jacket fit perfectly, vest was a bit snug. Two emails and 4 business days later, I had the new vest in hand and I'm ready for my wedding anniversary with a week to spare. The fine folks at USA Kilts have their act together.

They all ways have great kilts for the money. Every time i have place my order, i all ways get it on time. If you are looking for a great kilt, at a great price check out there website.

Lovely jacket. Fits very well except that I have one arm a bit longer than the other, and I live in an area where post-production tailoring of quality garments is a lost art.

Readers; this longtime kilt wearer and retired historical tailor was in need of diced hosen for an upcoming wedding in the family. Once, long ago and far away, I could sew up a pair. Nay no more- so I turned FIRST to USA kilts for a pair.
The price was better than a handful of merchants, so of which I was unsure of. So a set was ordered, it came in good time, and here is what I found.
These are EXTREMELY well made! The heel, so strange to eyes used to the cheap, machine run off sort of 'socks', is well made and correctly done.
At 05ft. 10inches the length is just right for me. And the diceing matches when the hosen tops are turned down. No small trick that is.
In all and as always, only the best value products for the money you spend at USA Kilts.

The customer service was second to none. When my order got delayed in shipping they overnighted a whole other rental package just to make sure my wedding day would be everything I imagined it would be, and it was. I cannot speak more highly of this company, their professinalism, and the speed at which they assisted me, and specifically Heather for her kindness and excelllent customer service through all of the issues I experienced.

I'd love to leave a review. I haven't received my kilt or that hat. 😕 I don't expect to until February. I am a satisfied USA Kilts customer. You could coordinate asking for reviews with order status.

Straight-up, one of the best on-line business transactions that I've experienced in quite a while. Customer service was timely and spot-on! When a supply issue arose, it was addressed back to me very quickly so that I had the option of choosing a substitute or waiting for the supply chain to catch up. These communications occurred between Wednesday and Friday a few weeks back. I received the order the following Monday, with all items ordered. Timely, personalized and very knowledgeable! Some of the items ordered included a new pair of highland brogues, sporran chains, and highland hose flashes. The brogues fit remarkably well. Many, many thanx for the great customer service.

Amazing quality, answers calls and emails promptly and they have amazing customer service skills. Very willing to help with anything and everything and answer questions. My wedding is coming up and my fiancé bought his Prince Charlie set from them- jacket was small and they did the exchange in days and expedited the shipping! Totally worth the price tag because you're paying for quality materials and service!

Because of my hips being too wide and my wallet being thin, their kilts could be the best and I'd never get to know.

I love the product I bought for my man and he definitelyyy loves to wear it.

As a gift for my 60th birthday, my wife gifted me a great kilt package from usa kilts, and I have absolutely nothing but the very best things to say about them and their products! Everything that arrived was of top-shelf quality, their service was timely, products reasonably priced, and the people I interacted with during the process were all wonderful! They haven't seen the last of me!

My kilt journey was a smashing success. There was a distant event that deserved a very real and authentic expression of my feelings. Wearing a kilt was necessary. A nudge from my wife lit a slow fire. I had to overcome a good deal of natural shyness. Staff at USA Kilts offered the exact amount of empathy and product knowledge to give me confidence. I did have some misses with accessory sizing. But returns/exchanges were rapid to keep me on schedule. In the end I was very satisfied with the quality of all purchases. Reception of the sight of me in a kilt “outfit” was as I had hoped. The rationale was accepted. USAKilts was broadly shared. You did very well.
