This Company was Frontier Moving Solutions Then North Pole Moving Solutions now they're USA Moving Group. All these companies are registered at the Same Address. They are a scam company and the registered agent needs to be prosecuted and put in prison for 30 years.
Moving from MI to NC used usa moving group llc . They sub the job out, multiple times never really now who has your items. Goodview moving picks up with 2 box trucks, red road runner delivered in one box truck. With items tied to back of truck Price goes up constantly. They refuse to take what is agreed upon. Break/ damage items even those that they are not taking . Items was stolen out of my new homes storage area that was placed out of there way. They also hire movers off of Craigslist . Totally unprofessional in every sense . Customer support can be polite but gets you nowhere. My dolly was never returned. It was sentimental from a deceased relative. Gone never returned. Claims form was never sent. They say sent text and email yet I never received them. Do Not Use Them!!!!!
