Cowboys

I made an order in March and have never received the products. Despite not receiving these products this company only wants to provide a 60% refund and their reason for this as they have made a loss. Since when is it a customers responsibility to cover their loss. I would never purchase from this company.

After multiple attempts and investigations, we are unable to find the customer despite contacting her numerous times, we are yet to figure out the customer, the customer never ordered with us, and after requesting the information via Trustpilot, the customer provided the reference number which is never used by our system, may be customer experience and review are genuine but not for our business because we never sell 'COWBOYS' that customer also mentioned we don't have a policy of 40% restocking.
