VERY DISAPPOINTED - purchased 2 sweaters/shirts and found them not to be suitable on arrival. Made contact with them and they initially offered me $7 and keep the purchase after I said I wanted to return as size didn't work they offered $28 and post at my cost to Abu Dhabi NO EXCHANGE!!!!! I do a lot of online shopping and have never been in this situation before. I don't write negative reviews under normal circumstances but need to unfortunately write this one.

Good fit. I was kept informed each step - from order to how and when order would be delivered. The fit and colors are what were shown on website. Good quality fabric and construction.

Fast delivery, clothing is very good quality, they do run a little big but very pretty!

Buyers beware I ordered 2 tops ordered from their chart ,tops did not fit not even close tried to send back .. 1st of all it took customer service days to respond And when they did They are not letting me return to get a larger size they said they would refund me $12 on a order that cost me $89 so beware

I had no problem in receiving this beautiful sweater. It will fit me beautifully and I’ll get lots of when wonderful use from wearing it. I love the shape of the sweater and the pearl buttons. It will be quite flattering for my figure.

The items I ordered were exactly as pictured and the quality is great!

The only problem I had was delivery time.

Three out of four items fit and I love them. One neckline is not flattering but the design is beautiful. I get compliments on 3 of them items. It took 2 months to arrive but worth the wait.

The sweater is lovely. The main issue for me is that the sleeves are a bit too long and the sweater would be better for my wife if it was 2-3 inches shorter.
