When I renew my car registration this should not be routed to.
I was trying to renew my registration and somehow got routed to you. You charged me $10.95 and said that you would cancel my subscription. You also said in writing that i would receive a refund and an email confirming. I have not gotten either. This is bad business, I will check again in a few days for refund. After that I will report to better business bureau. Looking forward to seeing this corrected. Barb Allen
Update: I received a reply which did not include my refund of $10.95 as stated in the email from John Adams, Customer Support Representative. In my opinion their reply means nothing,
