This was my first order with USB2U and I couldn’t be happier! I ordered wooden presentation boxes along with USB sticks for my photography business. Communication was great, delivery extremely fast and the products are amazing quality and personalization is spot on! I will definitely be ordering again in the future.

Really good communication, right from the initial quote request, providing mock up and production sample, order and delivery. Very quick to respond to email queries. Slight issue on delivery but that was due to the delivery company not the supplier. USB2U also resolved this when brought to their attention (thank you Tristan).

I'm involved with a charity that provides recorded local news for visually impaired people, and we mostly use USB sticks for our listeners. Our existing stocks of sticks were beginning to fail, so I researched new supplies - which I wanted to be reliable and from an established UK supplier - some online sources can be a bit erratic.
I settled on USB2U, because they provided a good price, were able to print on the sticks, and had the colour we wanted.
My contact at USB2U was Tristan Heard, who went through what we needed, organised visual proofs for the printing, and was helpful and responsive throughout.
Our first batch arrived in good time, well packed, and were just what we needed. They have now been in use for a couple of months, have all worked as expected, and we are now planning a second larger order.
