We are currently attempting to recover approximately $145,000 that was wired over a period of time to US Capital Global Partners LLC in connection with a financing engagement.

Our company alleges that repeated delays, ongoing misrepresentations, and continued assurances caused additional funds to be sent while expected funding and deliverables did not materialize. We have since initiated fraud reviews, recovery efforts, and legal consultations regarding the matter.

We strongly encourage any business considering entering into agreements involving large engagement fees, funding commitments, or wire transfers to conduct extensive due diligence, seek independent legal advice, and carefully review all documentation before sending funds.

If other companies or individuals have experienced similar issues involving US Capital Global or related entities, we welcome direct communication as we evaluate further legal action and coordinated recovery efforts.

This matter remains under review, and we reserve all legal rights and remedies
