THE PROS
It's pretty. It comes with an app. It's nice to be able to reach out to chat support rather than just emailing.
THE CONS
The community notifications are ridiculous. Let's say you get 50 new notifications and you go to respond to each one. You'll initially see all 50 have a red dot next to them, indicating that they haven't been opened or responded to. The second you click on ONE of them, ALL dots go away and you now get to keep track mentally of what you've responded to (or not), and hope you don't miss any. We have been requesting this feature for the entire two years we've been with uscreen. Seems like it's too difficult to implement.
OVERALL EXPERIENCE
It's been frustrating. Our company often feels like we signed on with a start up company and just have to grit our teeth through the growing pains. They do seem to be working on that growth, but not always in the areas we need to best serve our customer base.
I highly recommend Uscreen! I've hosted my online yoga membership on Uscreen for over a year now and it's been the best decision that I've made for my business. Uscreen are constantly innovating to improve the platform with new features, their customer service is exceptional, and they create a wonderful sense of community and support for us as creators. It feels great to be part of the Uscreen community. Thank you Uscreen!

Appalling Customer Service. I do NOT recommend their services in any shape or form. They have a standard line when you want them to implement into your website to enhance member experience. "We value your input and we will put this forward to the tech team". 2. They charge $6 for every subscriber you get and top of the annual fee they charge. Minimum USD 1000. Thats not fair. 3. Asked them to implement features for my site, they used the same line as above. I had to spend additional money outside of Uscreen. Overall, my experience as a user has been frustrating to get them to do anything of which nothing. They dont value you. I value my subscribers and I do whatever it takes and spend money to ensure I keep my clients. Uscreen don't value you and it's a cash money making business. Again, I do not recommend their business whatsoever. If you see their response, that is not true, they didn't specify what feature they added LOL. It's just a reply to show you they took action. they didn't return any emails back. My feedback still stands

The platform design and user experience. Everything is easy to build and for the end user easy to navigate. The funnels and automations are also helpful. Very positive experience. They’re very helpful. I always feel inspired from the team and their recent london event was amazing. Really helpful to meet other content creators and hear what’s working for them. I love how our videos also look super professional and our users have a clean easy experience when enjoying our content.

I moved over to Uscreen just over two months ago and the experience has been wonderful. They were just what I was looking for and more. So user friendly and I have had the opportunity to connect with other creators. It feels they really care about their customers.

Uscreen has made doing online teaching and community to easy and effective. With it all built in one, there is no need for having to use tons of third party software (just a little).
Technical support is very prompt and will help solve whatever problem is needed.

uscreen is the best option if you are trying to build a feature rich membership service. we came from vimeo OTT and the different in feature set has made us very happy. i've yet to have a bad experience with the platform.
