We've hosted our membership with Uscreen for 2 years now, and every step has been a truly enjoyable experience. The platform is easy to use, yet full of incredible video and marketing features which have helped us grow beyond expectations. They're always innovating and adding new tools to the site, and the customer support team surpasses anything else - they're quick to respond and eager to help with anything. Overall, Uscreen is incredible and I would highly recommend them!

I have been using the Uscreen platform for over 3 years and I am really happy to host my membership platform on it. I find the framework really user friendly. There are plenty of in built marketing tools to help with automations and also to reduce churn. I've also found the customer service/teach team support to be second to none - speedy responses with a genuine desire to help! I also recently found out about Membership + which is Uscreen's support community group full of resources to help encourage and inspire membership owners! If you're looking to start your own membership, I would have no hesitation to recommend Uscreen!

I've moved my movement platform to Uscreen from Kajabi after experiencing how much it would improve the user experience of my members. The Uscreen team is dynamic and dedicated - updates are frequent and the community can submit feature requests freely. The way the sites and apps are build is well optimised for video content. From features like filters, playlists, livestream to well designed forum, I believe Usceen has really helped my business flourish. The customer support is also faster than in any other service I've used.

Their pricing model allows you to get in at a price point that makes the most sense for where you are with your business and they work with you as want to "graduate" to more advanced features and capabilities--never pushing you to do so.

Once you're on board, make sure to participate in their Office Hours live stream. It's a great opportunity to interact with both Uscreen staff and users alike. Perfect for not only addressing technical issues but also business strategies and getting the most from your membership.

With products and pricing all over the map for this kind of product, what sets Uscreen apart from the other's is its dedication to the creatives out there. (I refuse to use the word "creator". Personal preference there.)

Whatever platform you choose, keep in mind that there's always a balance of features and usability. I personally believe that Uscreen has this balance down but they don't rest on their laurels. They're always looking at better ways to do things and that makes it totally worth the subscription in my view.

I've been using Uscreen for a few years to host and sell my e-learning site and the experience has been awesome!

I tried a lot of other sites (Teachable, Kajabi, Thinkific, Learnworlds) and although those sites did a lot of the same things just with a different layout, however, I noticed that the video delivery was very linear for customers. My customers, college students, follow different paths and that's why Uscreen was a game changer for me because their layout is similar to Netflix. Where students can search for what they want, go through the categories and playlists I've made and find what they need. Since most of my students are covering different topics at any time, Uscreen's layout was a huge selling point for me.

Once I built my site, I found that it had everything I needed to start selling my membership. Over time, Uscreen kept adding more features that I needed which I loved.

I also started getting more involved in giving them feedback and I appreciate their team taking the time to understand how I use their product and improve it based on my recommendations and other users. In addition to that, they have a members area where they give you tips on how to grow as well as livestreams where you can talk to the team and other creators.

I would definitely recommend Uscreen to content creators looking to build their own membership site!

Uscreen was exactly what I was looking for in my membership site. I took a LONG time comparing and weighing the options, talking to other people, and I did not make the wrong choice. The customer support is wonderful. I’m currently a one-person team and it’s extremely helpful to be able to get answers quickly. My customer success manager has been great from the beginning, too.

The platform has been intuitive to use, and there are tutorials for the things that are not. They are always adding more features, and their membership community is helpful for new ideas and ways to grow.

I have been there for over 2 years now and am so far very happy with it. The customer service is stellar, unlike some out there,and this is rare to find these days. The streaming service works very well, unlike some out there. I highly recommend it. 

I've been with Uscreen for the last few months and it's been a game changing experience for me. From their technology to their team, everything is delivered at a high level and as an entrepreneur with little employee support, I've been able to significantly amplify my output by working with them. I love the marketing and outreach tools that are integrated into their product experience. My customer success manager is great too - she's been helping me evolve as a marketer. This program makes your membership look professional. It is very easy to use and they provide a ton of support to the users, including a full training app.

I am getting a payment taken out my bank account and I haven’t got a subscription I don’t know how that’s possible

We are going into our 5th year of using uscreen and have never regretted the platform decision. Prior to using uscreen, we had a homegrown system which was very clunky and high touch. Then we went to Vimeo ondemand for 2 years. When we saw the capabilities of uscreen, we migrated to their platform with such ease because of the uscreen migration capabilities.

We love the content management console and the visual layout of the video streaming library. Our subscriber base is 70+, so ease of use and intuitiveness is key to keeping our customers happy!

Excellent support through the process of launching our online video service. The Uscreen customer success and technical support teams did a great job of holding our hands through what we needed to do to get up and running.

Uscreen made launching an online fitness website and app so easy. The customer service is amazing and they are constantly launching new features and making improvements.

The customer service is excellent. I was assigned a Customer Success Manager when I added the app function and we meet once a month (or more if I need it). She's awesome. Thank you Holly!! The whole support team is so helpful and genuinely engaged in making sure you get the most out of the system. They listen to feedback, are incredibly responsive to suggestions and tech support has been incomparable to other systems I use for my business. This has been essential as I don't want my end user having to wait for my response. It's meant my customer service can remain at a high level.
I also love how easy it was to set up and get going at the start, then add additional services as I've developed.
