Card doesn't work, support silent for days, $97 stuck

I topped up 100 USDT on 29 October 2026 and issued a virtual Visa card (Everyday Payments). The dashboard shows it as Active with $50 loaded, but it's useless. Apple Wallet rejects it as an invalid card, and online payments are declined. Not a single purchase has gone through.

There is no button to close a card or withdraw money, so the only way to get your funds back is through support. I opened a ticket on 30 October and followed up on 2 November. No reply. The ticket still says "Awaiting support".

The site gives no company name, country or address, and the Terms say the service isn't subject to any country's jurisdiction. If something goes wrong, there is nobody to turn to. $97 of my money is sitting there and nobody answers.

Don't deposit anything you can't afford to lose.
