scammed by clicking a "one use"AI question set to cost £.50p. Then discovered a second charge for 50p then... £29.50 debited from my PayPal account with a recurring monthly debit set up in my PayPal account.
Totally corrupt, sharp, misleading, venal practice. Do NOT use these sharks.
PayPal wonderfully helpful in funds recovery.
Use AI I suspect has many fake reviews here on TrustPilot but read the one star reviews here for the truth of the matter. I would give this lot handcuffs and zero stars

Awful experience
Decided to try the 1-week free pro plan and got a reminder only 1 minute before being charged €30. Besides that, I found the Pro plan very ineffective, as I couldn’t really see what extra value it provided. I definitely won’t be using this app again in the future.

initial 7-day trial is advertised at a low price, use.ai uses deceptive billing practices by automatically upgrading you to a $29.99/month plan without making it obvious. I was charged this amount completely completely unaware that I had been locked into a recurring subscription.

Predatory billing and hidden subscription trap - Demand a refund!
I signed up for a trial on Use.ai, and without any clear warning, they automatically converted it into a monthly subscription, charging me €29.99 on May 22, 2026. This is a clear subscription trap with predatory billing practices designed to catch users off guard.
I have NOT used the service since this unauthorized charge was made. I have already sent a formal email to their support demanding a full refund immediately.
If this is not resolved and refunded within 48 hours, I will proceed with a formal chargeback dispute through my bank for unauthorized predatory merchant billing.
Return my money!

What an absolute scam this is! I logged onto use.ai for about 30 seconds to ask a question...I paid £1 or something small to get the answer. Then a week later ai.com take out £29.99 because my paying the £1 I'd automatically signed up for a rolling monthly. It wasn't clear. This is why people don't trust each other.

Bad communication
Signed up to a free trial and have now been charged £29.99 for subscription which I had no reminder off or warning money would be coming out. Emailed customer service who said nothing they can to do. How many others this is happening too must be huge amounts.
