Security researcher experience - hoping to get in touch with the team

I've been trying to reach Bouncer's team for the past two weeks regarding a security matter. I followed their responsible disclosure process and sent my report through the official channel, but haven't heard back yet - not even a quick "got it". I've tried reaching out a few different ways since then, still no luck.

The product itself looks solid and I genuinely want to resolve this directly with them. If anyone from the Bouncer team sees this - my contact details are in the report. Would really appreciate a response.
