I used to run a bricks & mortar record shop in Athens, Greece during 1995 – 2012 and work in this line of business for a good 35 years. As from early 2024 the store re-opened in Nea Makri (about 35km east of Athens) on this address: Leoforos Marathonos 53, Nea Makri 19005. Apart from the quality of the records i put up for sale on my e-shop i am also proud of the customer service and the handling of any misfortune that may happen, given the fact that i will have the chance to resolve any issue. Customer was contacted, i proposed replacing the LP with a brand new one or a full refund if he'd wish to return the item that did not met his expectations. Both options were politely denied so i can't do much else to resolve.
