I ordered the Biblical family poster and the Biblical timeline Book. The poster was delivered. The Book was not. I have literally contacted them THREE times with no response whatsoever. I would not purchase from this site ever again. I will use Amazon. With Amazon at least when you don’t receive what you paid for with they either send it or reimburse you the money you paid. These people just kept my money and never responded!

I made two order on usefulcharts. One this month and the other a few years ago (for a total of 4 posters).
Both times, the posters are really good quality overall well made.
As for delivery, the most recent ones arrived in around 20 days. I had way more issues with the first order and they had to resend it twice before I could get it (so I got it in around 4 months). I'm not sure how much they are responsible for the packages not arriving (I don't know the settings they have when shipping), but they always resent it without any charges and were always really understanding and professional with it. So even with the huge delay, I am still really satisfied

The whole website is a scam.
The website directs you not to contact them until your package has been missing for 30-60 days.
They do not provide actual verifiable (through the shipper) tracking information.
By the time you realize you've been scammed, its to late to get a refund through your credit card.

Ordered a Chart 1 month ago, patiently waiting for it to arrive just for them to cancel the order on the day they said it would arrive 1 month later.
Gave zero explination or transparency for the Cancellation. Also, they still havent refunded the money to my bank account.
Absolute scam.

Ordered 3 posters from them and only received two. Asked for a resend, was given a tracking number for an order to the wrong address. Requested another tracking number, 4 weeks later all I have is the shipment info and nothing else. Contacted Useful Charts directly on X/Twitter, got one reply then nothing. Posted a public message addressed to them on X, no reaction. A 2/5 for me because I received 2/3rd of my order.
