I would give West Month zero stars were that a choice. I have never received such poor customer service than I did from these people. Though the local delivery service reported they had delivered the package, it never showed up at my house. On the confirmation of delivery photo the package occupied the entire screen,it was not possible to identify any of the surroundings. Every time that I tried to contact West Month I would have to wait 3-4days for a reply, which was never responsive to the issues I raised. Finally they signed off by saying that the carrier delivered it, it was my problem.

The material feels breathable, which surprised me. Usually thick bedding stuff gets sweaty after a few hours, but this stays pretty comfortable through the night.

my back usually feels destroyed after long warehouse shifts. since adding this i still feel tired obviously but mornings dont suck as much anymore.

Been using it every single night and I still love climbing into bed. It kinda ruined hotels for me because now everything else feels uncomfortable.

It’s one of those products you stop thinking about because it just works. I put it on once and haven’t had to mess with it since.

One thing I noticed immediately was the lack of heat buildup. I usually wake up sweaty but that hasn’t really happened since using this.

Didn’t think a topper would matter that much, but yeah I get it now. Makes laying down feel way nicer instantly.

Deceptive advertising. The mattress topper is not as described. It's thin & flimsy-no thing close to the advertised hype. I contacted West Month via email immediately after I opened the packaged product, asking how to go about initiating a return. I received an automated email from "Clara"stating that they would get back to me within 24 hours. That was 10 days ago. I sent another email 2 days ago. Same automated email and no response. I will NEVER buy from this retailer again!

Trying to process a return, never opened and contacted them within 3 days of receiving. I got an automated email back, but no instructions on how to return it. Super frustrated with them-don’t listen to their written return policy! Buyer beware

I ordered online without reviewing. Got charged foreign transaction fee & then cancelled. Saw bad reviews. They sent anyway & i could not contact anyone only thru emsil. It wOuld cost $80 for me to return overpriced poor quality pad.

Purchases a mattress pad for $199. Unsatisfied with the quality, returned. International shipping was $80. I'm out $280 total for returned mattress pad and shipping with no refund.

I’ve used it for around 10 days now and the shape still looks the same. No weird flattening spots or clumps forming anywhere yet. Feels pretty durable compared to other ones I’ve tried before.

Packaging looked clean when it arrived and setup took like 2 minutes max. I just threw it on the bed and that was it. Been sleeping better ever since.

First night using it I slept through my alarm somehow lol. Haven’t done that in ages. Guess my body needed proper sleep.

The corners actually stay tight which is rare. Usually these things start bunching up after one night for me but this one stays flat.

Topper was exactly as ordered. Our sheets fit with no issues. First night sleep was amazing and the second night was better. I cannot wait to see how I feel after 30 days. I highly recommend this product.

This is pretty garbage and the same thing you can get off Amazon for half the price. How difficult they make it to even write a review should speak volumes. This is a social media scam. I tried everything to get the "supposed" results.. washing and drying with the explicit instructions given, waiting to let it "fill out".. still a garbage product that is grossly over priced

I haven’t received the topper yet, but the ordering process was easy with fast order confirmation. And the tracking process works and gives detailed information. I am eager to receive my Weatninth topper.

I was so excited when my mattress topper arrived. Put it on my bed right away. Of course one wants to lay on it to see if it really is all that. Well, guess what. I layed on it and woke up an hour later. First thought was wow. Love it! Couldn't wait until it was bed time that night. Sleep like a baby.

I thought the fluffiness would disappear after 2 nights but its still holding up fine. Doesn’t look all crushed down like the last one I bought.
