Unless you are in Australia, do not buy there products! My topper was uncomfortable and hot, so I attempted to return it after 1 night. UPS wanted $2,224.00 to return it, and the Post Office charged $150.00 to return.

Westmoth knows know one can afford to return the product, that’s why they offer a free return within 30 days. If you purchase any of their sub par products, do it through Prime so you can return in for free.

Westmoth stated they would refund me 20 percent due to the inconvenience, then they never refunded me at all!

Bought it after trying My Pillow and Temperpedic. We love this topper and highly recommend it. Worth every dime!

No customer service - you get a canned email response if they don't ghost you entirely
No transparency on return policy
Only recourse is to dispute with with credit card company
If enough folks do this theses scammers will be forced out of "business"

Despite a "hassle=free" return policy, this company is designed to defraud the customer by directing returns from the US to Australia--although the product clearly shipped domestically within the US.

I bought this during a sale and wasn’t sure if it would be worth it. But after trying it I can say it’s a solid purchase. The comfort level is noticeably better. It just makes the bed feel more inviting.

I mainly got this to improve comfort without replacing my mattress. And honestly it works pretty well for that. The thickness adds a nice cushion layer. It’s one of those simple upgrades that actually makes a difference.

Love the improved sleep we got but the mattress topper isn't as thick as advertised. Would like a thicker topper as we still get back pain and the some spot pain. I reread the wonderful 30 day money back guarantee if after using and not being satisfied they will refund... NOT. Reading the return policy the topper must be unused in original packing.... Impossible as it was vacuum packed. Impossible to try without using. There are a lot less expensive toppers.

BEWARE!!! I purchased two mattress toppers. When they came they were unacceptable. They claim 100% customer satisfaction. It took me 10 days to get them to accept a return. They did eventually return my money. HOWEVER, they required that I send the toppers to Australia which cost me almost as much as the original order.

I ordered the king mattress topper. The order went through quickly and was delivered within 2 weeks. It obviously came from China. The quality is not as good as it looks on the website, but product s nice and has improved the comfort of the mattress for sure!

They will not get back to you I got my mattress cover defective the whole package was torn it was sealed small not even in a box I asked for a refund off my credit card I went to send it back to them and it cost $157 half of what I paid for it they will not answer your emails they will not give me my $239 back they're a rip-off scam company do not buy from them if I could send pictures I would but they won't allow me to give pictures do not buy from this company! You will be sorry! They're scammers and their false advertising!!! This has been going on since March 1st when I ordered it It came and now we're going into May and they still have not resolved my issue! Do not buy from them if I could give them a zero star I would! This company has very bad customer service. They do not answer emails. Had a problem when ordering. The discount was not taken off. Till it was done I ended up with toppers. I sent a email immediately after placing my order. No it was not read sent 3. Now the get sent back to Australia.

Site deceiving, when i reviewed at time of order , there was an extra order in cart, tried to cancel immediately. They would not cancel despite only 60 seconds after order. Wrote three letters requesting to please cancel.
No, The order was to arrive 5 to 10 days , yet took over 3 weeks. Worst! product is flat, useless and expensive! Do not use!

DO NOT BUY. If I could give a -1, I would. Was looking forward to receiving this and ordered a king. It took weeks to come to the US. Got a twin. Cannot use it so I contacted the email address for returns. After 2 weeks I got a vague email with an address in AUS to ship to. No label, no instructions. Went to mail it back and it was more $$$ to return than I paid. The shipper suggested I write and ask for a US shipping address. I emailed 3 times now and it is now well past their return time. So I am stuck with it. They really should disclose this with their return policy. Do not recommend of course.

No order confirmation but they charged me right away. I emailed them requesting to cancel the order but no response. Received it today (2 weeks later) and do not like it. Emailed them to return it but I think I have been scammed. No paperwork, no order number no phone number.

The product does not go 360 around the bed, instead has 4 tiny pieces of elastic that do not even go around matress. it advertised being 3 to 4 inches think, it was barely 2 inches even after 48 hours hanging on the line. The company refuses to respond to complaints.
