Refused to give me a refund after my package got stolen WITH INSURANCE!! I told them many times to give me a refund and i got insurance but all they said was “report it to the police” but knowing they won’t do anything i didn’t even bother wasting my time to file a report. and then they just told me they cannot resolve any issues further. i’m so PISSED NEVER ORDERING HERE AGAIN!!

They will take express shipping fee and fool you into thinking that the shipping take around 7-14 days but it actually takes around 30 days. once you pay and submit your parcel, if you anything they'll make excuses about the delay and you can’t do anything about it.

I ordered 8 kg of clothes in 2 parcels of 4 kg each. I was upset that I didn't see the tracking number for the first parcel at all until I received it, but I will say that the delivery was fast (17 days). I'm still waiting for the second parcel. In general, the service is top-notch, the support team responds quickly and really helps!

Just ordered from usfans and the items came to warehouse. I have bought from cnfans and got sent bad quality products and shipping prices were high but when I use usfans the shipping prices were much better and they got to the warehouse quick. Cant wait until the things arrive.
