They don't even send you a pack to send…

They don't even send you a pack to send the hair samples in!! They want you to use your own packaging and print out their form. It sounds crazy!

If the samples were in separate envelopes then we have no control over the mail service and it is most likely that the sample has got lost on its way to us.

Unfortunately the mail is the only part of the process we have no control over so we can't answer the question how it's possible you would need to speak to the mail service you sent it via.

Great turn around time…

The turn around time from when we mailed it to when we got our results was super quick. We had the whole family tested and the reports were very easy to understand. I discovered the reason behind constant bloating (milk products) and my wife learned what was causing inflammation. We are thankful that we found them!

Excellent Product/Testing

services paid for and not provided. zero communication and misleading replies to reviews

I purchased the expedited service from US food Intolerance. Mailed in my hair samples as instructed and received nothing within the timeline they indicated. I tried contacting them at least 4 times and received no response. I then disputed the charge and they responded to the credit card company with their refusal to provide the credit back. Based on the fact that they refuse to communicate with their clients and do not provide the service they advertise I would not waste any of my time or money with this company

Edit: The only email I have received is the first confirmation of my order. There has been no reply to any of my inquiries about the status of my test or a response to my review as indicated by US Food Intolerance in their reply. Had I received the service ordered, my requested refund or any effective action from US Food Intolerance I would not take the time out of my day to relay my provable and negative experience with this company.

After reading reviews, I don't trust that this is a real company using real science. Just put some hair in an envelope i provide and send it in. Not very professional.

2 samples of my hair were completely different

I bought the family package which allows for 5 family members. We only had 4 members so I sent 2 baggies of my own hair but created new name on the 2nd baggie. My hair sample results were completely different!! This is a scam

The time frame samples take to get to us is unfortunately out of our control and down to the postal system but we do try and make up for any delays once the samples are received.

As per the email stating that we had received your sample it does say that if the results haven't come through within 48/72 hours to email us and we can check as to why so please feel free to email sales@usfoodintolerance.com and they can look into that for you.
